I was displeased with check in. I was sent a link for easy, quick check-in, so that’s what I did. Uploaded my id, and put in my card information for the “small deposit”. I’ve done this at many hotels. However, when I arrived, I had to do all of those steps again. Additionally, after checking out, the next day I received an accusatory voicemail about a missing brown blanket that the housekeeper said was missing from the room we stayed in. We never used or saw a brown blanket. I called back to let them know. I just did not appreciate the voicemail, it could have been handled differently, perhaps asking had we seen, and mistakenly taken a brown blanket.
