My dog was allowed to stay for a fee. The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the room a great deal. If I had it to do over again, the only thing I’d change would be to request a room overlooking the parking lot. The street side traffic was loud until about 10:00 PM

The front desk staff members were super friendly. They made our stay very nice. Also, we had a luggage carrier on top of our car and didn’t unload it overnight. Everything was just fine in the morning.

O hotel é bem simples, precisa de manutenção e reforma. O quarto possuía vários problemas, como pia do banheiro vazando, a descarga do vaso sanitário travava, um pouco antes de ir embora vi uma barata no quarto. O café da manhã é bem ruim. Ainda bem que fiquei somente uma noite. Não pretendo voltar.

The room was wonderful. The staff was okay. I didnt like the fact that I had to find a ATM to get $100.00 cash because they said since it was Valentine's Day you have to give them $100 dollars in cash as a deposit for damages to the room. It was really inconvenient. A warning would have been nice.

During our stay, staff informed me I would need to pay for my emotional support animal because they stated he could not alert me for anything. I was then questioned about medical details, which made me uncomfortable, as I did not feel it was appropriate to disclose personal health information. I felt pressured to explain why my dog was with me, which negatively impacted our experience. In addition, the room conditions were unacceptable. We found a roach in the room, the toilet was not functioning in the first room, the charging outlets did not work in either room, and the sink drained very slowly. Due to these issues, we did not enjoy our stay and will not return. We do not recommend this hotel.

I definitely didn't think the room was worth the cost. The staff was friendly and the facility was decent, but it wasnt what I expected for the price. The room was clean, but you could hear everything going on around you. Our air in our room didnt work well. I try to get the fan to stay on continuously, so that it would cover up the noise, but it didnt work. It would kick on and off and was loud when it did so. It wasnt in a very nice neighborhood either. We stayed there to pick up my son for holiday leave, so we were only there one night. I definitely wouldnt have stayed two. The pictures make it look nicer than it is.
