Room had adequate utensils and cutlery for 2 people in the studio apartment. Bathroom was tidy and clean along with the room. A bit dark in the room as there are no ceiling lights just 2 lamps in the room with separate lighting in the kitchenette area . At an excellent location, Just a few steps away from a train station and a short walk to another train station. Galeries Lafayette only 3 minute walk away , Monprix supermarket just 2 minutes away too . Sofia at reception went out of her way to accommodate us and very informative too.

We had the one bed duplex, the upstairs was HOT, no matter what we did it couldn’t be cooled down and made sleep uncomfortable. Not sure why it’s 2 singles in the bedroom, it’s Paris and doesn’t make for a romantic get away. Luckily it was too hot to cuddle anyway. Other than that the room was great, everything you need and the downstairs got nice and cool.

Generally not the cleanist. Marks on walls, dusty. Needed a good deep clean! Unhelpful staff, we asked twice for bins to be emptied and no one came! Stayed 5 nights and no one cleaned the room so bins very full as was only provided with a waste paper bin size bin for a kitchen area! There were bin bags in the hall way from other rooms for 2 days! On the day of departure it said we had until 12 to leave and some one knocked on the door at 11 asking if we were leaving!!
