We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The team kindly helped us store some of our bags while we were completing the W Circuit, which made our trip much easier. When we returned, the check-in process was quick and seamless. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment — especially the breathtaking views and the incredibly comfortable king-size bed. It was the perfect place to relax after our trek, and we would gladly stay here again.

This is a wonderful rustic hotel that is away from the noise of the city, while being just a short, inexpensive Uber ride away from the town center. Breakfast is included and the restaurant is very good if you feel like staying on site for dinner. We would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay on the outskirts of Puerto Natales. The bed was very comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The space was very well layer out. The breakfast included a great selection of options.
