We stayed at the hotel on a Sun-Tue and it was fantastic! It was so nice to step back in time and just enjoy the beautiful rooms at this historical Inn. We were able to unplug, read, and put together a puzzle while enjoying the beauty of the Nehalem River flow by right out the window. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and the kitchen area had coffee, tea and a refrigerator. Our hostess was exceptional and made sure we had everything needed for a relaxing two days!

This place is a gem! My stay was perfection from start to finish! The owner was present and available for anything you should need. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The area is great, with coffee and breakfast choices within walking distance, and great little shops to explore. Marina park and a dock right across the street, great for watching the sunset, or having your morning coffee. Close to hiking and kayaking, and numerous dinner options! I will definitely stay here again!

The Opd Wheeler hotel in Wheeler Bay Oregon.

The Old Wheeler hotel is a jewel in Wheeler, OR. The owner is always attentive but not hovering. Each room is nicely decorated reminiscent of the 30-50s. The bathrooms for each room is in the hall but is it not a problem. The views of the bay and marina are great from the rooms. I recommended this place without reservations.

Katie, owns and operates This historical and classy hotel. Million dollar views from each stylish rustic, comfortable and antique rooms in this small pass through city along HWY 101 in Oregon. If you like looking for old things, then next door is a huge antique mall also in. Large historical building with many rooms of a great selection of antiques and old nick nacks to choose from. Nonetheless, great stop here, which I will return to again.

This hotel was charming! if you love history and antiques, this is the place for you. The 100+ year old elevator alone is worth booking this hotel. We had a beautiful bay facing view that was great! The room was period antique but not stuffy and the hotel owner Katie showed pride of ownership in all the details.

In am not even sure exactly how we found this place but I certainly am happy we did! What charm and beauty. I have never had an experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel. Every room had a charm of its own. Lots of antiques and beautiful furniture. Absolutely spotless. Bed was so comfortable and room was very quiet which is such a plus in my book. Nice hot shower, lots of towels. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Kate was amazing host. We will come back again and stay longer!
