This place needs help

New facility. Room was comfortable. But bathroom drain was very slow to drain. No shampoo or anything in bathroom. Breakfast was fair. Food barely warm. Nobody around to service the food area. Must be short staff.

Nice hotel, awful breakfast.

Great hotel to stay but the quality of the service went way down. The breakfast was highly lacking, even the basics non existent and stale. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted anywhere. We went out to peducah for breakfast the second morning to avoid theirs.

Probably would not stay again

I was traveling with my 73 year old mom. The beds were very, very comfortable. The room seemed soundproof. The walls were in need of a paint job and the bathroom sink faucet was very loose. The a/c unit rattled non-stop. One of the wash clothes was stained. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room itself was very comfortable. The complaint was with the breakfast. It appears they had run out of most everything. There was no milk for the cereal. Only a couple of slices of bread. The refrigerator was empty. When I asked the front desk if I could get some milk, he told me that he doesn't have anything to do with the breakfast. "I can't help you" The problem was that he was the only person there. There wasn't anyone else to ask for assitance.

Negative stars

When I checked in, I stood there for several minutes before being greeted looking around and noticed the trash can at the front door was over flowing well 4 feet above the trash can, then when I was finally greeted the young lady started talking to me and all I smelled from her was weed. It was like a hangout place for friends there for the employee. When I walked into the room I was quite disappointed cause it looked liked kids made the beds. VERY SLOPPY. There was also stains in the shower curtain, lamp shade, walls, and also vent in bathroom was covered in dust and you could tell it’s been neglected and not cleaned. Then that night until 2am someone in the room above us was jumping around making noise and no one wanted to do anything about it to help resolve that problem. The day of check out, which check out is 11am…. I still had my DND sign on the door… housekeeping decided to ignore the DND sign and just enter my room at 10:02am as I wasn’t even dressed yet. There was 4+ males standing there looking at me as I told them check out is at 11am not now as I rushed to shut the door back. Definitely the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! (I have more photos but it will only allow me to upload 8)

New but disappointing.

The hotel was quite new. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The management and maintenance were poor. It was collection of smaller things that disappointed me. It was difficult to find, since there was no outdoor signage. The was grass outside the complex, but it was two foot tall and full of weeds.There were no towels in the lobby bathroom. The breakfast was spartan and no syrup for the waffles. Just very poor maintenance.

The people were nice, but the room we were assigned had not been clean, but she quickly moved us to another room There was very little for the breakfast as a supply truck had not come in, so there was no milk for the cereal , no yogurt, No waffle batter, etc. etc. and no explanation offered unless you asked

Not the quality we expected

The front desk person was talking on her phone while checking us in. One of the lamps in the room was missing a light bulb. Breakfast offerings were very limited- out of waffle batter and apple juice. We didn’t see a staff member during breakfast or when checking out. We’d stayed in this hotel 6 months ago and only had good impressions then! I’ll look for a different property for our next trip.
