Apenas fujam desse lugar! Para começar chegamos para fazer o check in e disponibilizaram a chave de outro quarto para nós, consequentemente outro quarto estava com a chave do nosso. A camareira com presteza ofereceu a chave reserva do nosso quarto para que não ficássemos sem a chave. O lugar não possui recepção, temos contato com o dono somente através do WhatsApp, e o seu contato sempre foi curto e grosso desde o início. Então avisamos da situação pro proprietário e pedimos que ele avisasse o outro quarto que estavam com a nossa chave e avisamos que deixamos a chave correta deles no seu locker, para que ele resolvesse a situação, pois estavamos com receio de que entrassem em nosso quarto por engano. A sua resposta foi sem vontade nenhuma de querer ajudar e ainda disse que a nossa estadia seria somente de um dia, querendo dizer para "não fazermos drama". Resumindo passamos o dia do passeio com medo que outras pessoas entrassem no nosso quarto onde estavam nossos pertences. Para completar, depois de um dia intenso de passeio, apenas queríamos tomar um bom banho para descansar e não funcionava a água quente do chuveiro. Informei ao proprietário e ele respondeu secamente dizendo que a culpa era nossa por ter usado demais a água quente, sendo que passamos o dia todo fora do hotel e não usamos em nenhum momento a água quente. Não se mostrou em nenhum momento disposto a ajudar em nenhuma das situações e ainda por cima jogou a culpa em nós pela falta de estrutura do local.

Şubatta kaldık. Oda sıcaklığı çok iyidi. ikiz yatak rahat ama çocuklar için açılır kanepe vardı. yatak kadar rahat değildi. Ulaşım gezilecek yerlere 15 dk, 30 dk. güvenli. tuvalet akıttı. whatsapp dan bilgi verdik hemen yapıldı. TV çok kullanmadık ama güzeld. Buzdolabı çok güzel soğuttu. sıcak su güzeldi ama banyoda çok tayzikli akmıyordu. Genel olarak iyidi memnun kaldık.

Al llegar no estuvo nadie para hacer check in y nos dejó esperando hasta que le pagáramos el impuesto, todo lo quiso hacer por mensaje y tuve que enviarle los datos de mi tarjeta lo cual no se me hizo nada seguro, esto se pudo haber efectuado con anticipación pero el propietario nunca lo comentó antes de nuestra llegada

Le personnel TRÈS impatient avec moi malgré que je restait poli tout au long de la conversation. Ne voulait pas que je paie les frais hôtelier par crédit téléphone seulement par virement bancaire. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit juste pour le personnel au bout du fil. Incapable de se comprendre nous avons donc décidé d’aller dormir ailleurs, au Maximus, que je considère TRÈS courtois et il nous a dépanné.

The guy we dealt with, (Giovani?) was NOT friendly, polite or helpful at all. He didn't introduce himself, welcome us or explain anything. He just kept texting through whatsapp, 'I need your bank info before I can give you codes'. We felt uncomfortable giving our bank info just like that. The front door doesn't actually latch so really, no code was needed. The shared area looked fine but we didn't use it so can't say more on that. The room itself is a medium sized closet. Smaller than we expected. I put the chair in the window sill because it was right in the middle of the room and literally blocking the 'walkway' to the bathrom. The double bed was up against the wall with the shower at the foot of the bed. The shower leaks, and the owner 'fixed' the baseboards by using clear masking tape. The the walls & floor are rotting. You can smell a musty moldy smell the moment you walk in the 'bedroom'. The bathroom was fine but the toilet lid kept falling off. I thought it was clean but when I sat down to use the toilet I saw medium length dark hairs on the floor right in front of the sink. I have short reddish blonde hair and my husband hadn't been in there yet. That grossed me out, theres almost nothing worse than hair! It's a really small room to clean, so I don't know how those hairs were missed. Walls are paper thin, we heard a female wretching, dry-heaving and barfing one morning. Other than it being close to the Coliseum, we don't recommend!

Very nice accommodation close to many restaurants and cafes. A quick walk to the coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Host was responded quickly and efficiently. Recommend for a family as the “trevi room” has multiple beds.

There were ants in the room and there are no hooks or counter space in the bathroom. WIFI was awful. Other than that, the location is very convenient, and the AC worked. Affordable and convenient location for Rome, but host should take care of the ants and add some hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

Table stakes for an accommodation: when I’m there I don’t have to think about it. Unfortunately, this property was full of bothersome things to think about — especially bad communication from the property host. But first, the good: Fits 5 well (3 adults + 2 kids). Excellent location — very walkable for an active family; easy distance to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Good food nearby. Clean (except for stained blankets, ick). Firm but comfortable main bed. Pullout beds more comfortable than most. Air conditioning worked excellent. Serviceable fridge, stove, dishes for basic eating in. We enjoyed making own breakfasts from food bought at nearby grocery store. But would not stay here again because of frustrating & time wasting communication with property manager (not language barriers, but basic guest service issues). First, just before arrival (same day) they contacted me through Expedia app with checkin details (great!) — but also told me I’d have to pay city taxes ($6/person/night). Not previously disclosed, but fine — it’s com Hot water How to get in Police No info about passports — had to Email Had to email credit card info No info about city taxes Different ways of communication — Expedia ap, text (multiple numbers) phone. Occasionally questioned whether it was legit, eapescially when they asked for more money. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! This is an air b&b. Pros:Location, security, fast WiFi, luggage lift. Cons: no reception desk, you have to work with the owner via text or email. The A/C is held at 23c or 73F, which is locked and can’t /wont be lowered by the owner. The air is central air which is shared by all the individual rooms. The “suites” are a single apartment with multiple individual suites-which was kind of misleading in the Expedia add. You walk into a shared kitchen and then to your individual locked room. Our room was very small-fit a full size bed, had only two outlets one of which was in The bathroom. It was hot! But bed was comfortable, despite only two pillows and not enough towels.

The Trevi apartment was fabulous, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The only thing missing in the area is parks for my kids to play in but even that was only 15 minute walk away.

Location is ideal, walking distance from multiple attractions and bus stop needed to get to the airport. Warm and clean bathroom and room. Communal kitchen is very clean . Id say the property ist secure with all the buzzers and doors however, We had a bit of a scare when somebody attempted to open our bedroom door whilst we were asleep. After realising the door was locked they then knocked but I did not open. Things to improve on; * Bedding - i did not like that our duvet did not have a cover, instead it was in between 2 mattress sheets. Duvet had stains on it including a blood stain, I do not like the idea of it touching my skin. * One socket inside the room is not enough. * The smell coming from the bathroom was unpleasant and unbearable. Id say open the bedroom window but with the noise coming from the outside its then difficult to sleep.

Ubicación inmejorable: a 10min andando del Coliseo, 15min de la fontana de Trevi y 20min en autobús del Trastevere (zona inmejorable para comer) No había agua caliente todos los días. No tenían trapos ni bayetas, para usar en la cocina.

It was a good stay. Modern and nice! Couch bed wasn't the most comfortable. TV was great. Bathroom was good except the shower water was only warm for about 5 minutes before turning to cold. Floor of suite could have been cleaner as well. Overall, would probably stay again.
