Our room was quite small and since I was there for a bike race, there wasn’t much space for my bike, but we made it work. Our room was nice and clean for the most part but the bathroom floor seemed a little dirty. Totally understand that we are in the high desert and need to conserve water, but the water pressure was abysmal and I was not able to wash my hair. To have this huge shower and then the showerhead only trickle out was disappointing, but the temperature was great. The beds are always very comfortable when we stay at Marriott, But we just wish our room was a little larger. Very conveniently located to the start/finish of my race, but that also meant we dealt with a lot of traffic noise all night that woke us up. Just part of being downtown so we expected it.

The staff and service are awesome. but I was disappointed at the property and construction. For a new hotel, the finishings seemed cheap and the walls were thin. Every time someone's door shut, I heard it. I heard the water running in other rooms. I heard the traffic outside my window. The bed was extremely soft and I had a hard time falling asleep.

Parking was an issue. That was only issue. Had to leave out early in am, so was not able to have the benefit of the breakfast, u fortunately. Quiet, quaint, and comfy. The only other issue was ONLY few channels on tv.

Hotel was new and had some issue with things being incomplete. Caulking in bathroom, rollers on shower door about ready to fall off, TV system was a mess. Directory did not list correctly the show that should have been on. Breakfast was ok but minimal. For the Marriott hotels that I have stayed at it was good, not great.
