Nicest place I've ever stayed at that price

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were surprisingly modern and comfortable, without being minimal. The bathroom was large and gorgeous and had a heated marble floor. And the staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Plus a beautiful breakfast service, despite there being fewer than ten rooms total. Altogether, the nicest stay I've ever had in Europe for under $200 euros per night! (Stayed in April, so maybe shoulder-season cheaper rates?)

Beautiful boutique hotel with great views, walking to attractions and town within 5 minutes, amazing breakfast and service. Rarely you get breakfast made to order with freshly baked basket of bread, and freshly sweets juice as most hotels let alone a boutique premise. I have to do zoom meetings and the Wi-Fi is blazing fast ( It was during off season so I am probably the few guests at the time). Alexabdra have us amazing restaurant recommendations that are already within the list of places I have decided to find within my one week in sintra (Incomune and Romarico de Baco we're the top two restaurants all within 5 minutes and 13 minutes waiting distance).

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Bela Vista and found the hotel luxurious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was elegant, delicious, and served in a wonderful dining area with a beautiful new of the valley. It feels like a very well appointed home with a great service. We recommend this hotel to those who travel to Sintra. Sintra is not very car-friemdly and if you can avoid driving, it will be more practical and comfortable. Uber is easily available if you need a car although you will end up walking to most places.

When you first arrive at the hotel you think “hmm seems a bit close to the road maybe” but once inside and once you see the views and the vibe of the place (and the wonderful friendly staff), you see why it has such good reviews. An ideal location for discovering the magical Sintra by foot. We will be back. Just one note of caution: make sure you park in the spaces on left just before the hotel. If you drive past the hotel then you have to spend 35 minutes going all the way back round to get back to the same parking spaces.

This was a wonderful, beautiful villa with a view overlooking the historic center of Sintra. We would only stay here on a future visit. The villa is lovely with marble floors throughout and nice decorative touches. Our hostess was so kind and prepared a great breakfast, with lots of fresh fruit, and the best croissants. You can catch the bus, which is very close by, to the Pena palace and walk on to the Moorish castle. The National Palace is in the center of town and is within walking distance. The town is quaint with nice restaurants and shopping. Sintra has a lot to offer.

I’ve never used the word exquisite to describe a stay, but exquisite perfectly describes villa Bela Vista! Alexandra, the owner and host, has prepared a truly lovely place to stay in Sintra. Our room overlooked the center of the city snd was spotless and comfortable in every way. The bathroom is fabulous with beautiful gray and white marble. Because our planned tour started before the normal breakfast hour, Alexandra provided breakfast early to meet our needs. Breakfast included a variety of fruits, breads, scrambled eggs, And freshly squeezed juice. Truly a delightly stay!

Adventure in beautiful Sintra!

Everything was perfect. The receptionist lady was so nice and helpful. Guided us on tours. Made parking arrangements a breeze. Room was so beautiful. Portuguese marble everywhere and upscale fixtures. View was beyond amazing. They also made us an individual breakfast. Fresh fruits, delicious eggs, bread basket, fresh juice and more! Wish we could have stayed longer!
