During my recent stay, I experienced several issues that significantly affected my overall comfort. Upon checking into my room, I found that it had not been cleaned properly. The bed pad had visible dirt, which required me to strip the bed and take the linens to the front desk, as housekeeping had already left for the day.
While the front desk staff offered me the option to change rooms, I had already begun the process of cleaning and decided it was not necessary. However, the challenges didn’t end there. Later in my stay, I discovered that the remote control for the television was not functioning, and the following morning, I encountered another issue when the microwave in my room also failed to work.
Despite these inconveniences, I managed to make the best of my experience. However, I would prefer not to stay in the same room during my next visit. I believe improvements in room maintenance and facilities would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
