Excellent experience!

We were very impressed by the warm welcome by the hotel staff who were helpful in all aspects. The location of the hotel was good and convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. The hotel was also a green-supporter and reimbursement of 5 Euro/day (for the use in hotel restaurant) was offered if daily room service was waived. Nice food and waiters in the hotel restaurant.

I stayed at this property with my mom for one night and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Seriously, it’s that amazing. The staff is SO welcoming, kind, friendly, accommodating, etc. We have stayed in quite a few hotels but we can both say this is a top experience for us. Excellent location, beautiful and spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Salzburg and we hope to return ourselves one day!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were impressively large – a rare find! They were well-appointed, and it was clear that comfort was a top priority. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. The customer service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, but I must give special thanks to Elrike, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect and added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. A really lovely stay in a super comfortable boutique hotel. What made this exceptional for me was the kind, welcoming and professional team, with special mention and thanks to Ulrike. She was friendly and welcoming from our first meeting. That is what makes a short stay memorable. The room was nicely fitted and great bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended and hope to stay again next time we are in Salzburg.
