I been very honest I didn’t get the room that I booked ,the lift is not working properly I stocked in the lift twice, The power has been cut many time and it’s ver hot there 🥵♨️ staff are not helpful, food is very poor thank God salad was a bit better back side hotel 4 star and you will notice what I’m saying Sun Vera hotel is not even 1 star, Never again. I love to get my money back .

Odalar çok kötü televizyon var çalışmıyor, buzdolabı söyleye söyleye 2nci gün getirtebildik, personel otelle ilgili hiçbir şey anlatmıyor, bara küçük bir çocuk koymuşlar buz istiyorsun yok diyor, buz varsa köpeğin önüne kemik atar gibi bardağa buz atıyor. Havuz hijyenik görünmüyordu serinlemek için ailecek girdik benim eşimin ve çocuklarımın çeşitli bölgelerinde kızarıklık ve kaşıntı meydana geldi. Havuz 3üncü günümüzde çok kirliydi temizlemeyi unutmuşlar. Sabah kahvaltısında çayda ekşi bir tat vardı ne olduğunu sorduğumda akşamdan kireçlerini temizlemek için limon tuzu attıklarını ve sabah temizlemeyi unuttuklarını söylediler. Yemekleri idare eder ama hazır köfte vb. çıktığı zaman yemekhanede çok kötü bir koku oluyor ve hazır köfte vb. tadı çok kötü. Otel aile oteli değil. Bekar gelen genç erkekler havuzda herkesi rahatsız ediyor. Fiyatına göre tavsiye ederseniz bilemem. Ben tavsiye etmiyorum.

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung gab es nicht, aber wenn ich gefragt habe wurde es einmal gemacht.Es gab keine kleinen Handtücher und keine Fusshandtücher.Es gab kein Bettlaken um sich zuzudecken, Shampoo und Seife wurde nicht nachgefüllt.Das Essen fand ich schlecht und das Brot sah alle paar Tage nicht mehr frisch aus.Mitarbeiter und Rezeption waren immer sehr nett und freundlich.Leider war der Lift oft kaputt, laufen war angesagt.Preis Leistung fand ich nicht gut.Ich würde nicht wieder dort hingehen.
