The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were super helpful. The rooms are very generous in size and the beds are super comfy. The property is older and a little run down, but it had lots of charm. If you just need a night or two and are looking for budget lodging, this will fit the bill. I’d stay here again.

Staff helped me out by switching me to a ground floor unit when I found-out they didn't have an elevator and I travel with a lot of gear. The room was huge which is a plus because I like to do yoga in the mornings.

We like to stay here when we need to spend the night in Grand Jct. We request a ground floor, it is quiet, with interior entry for extra security. Easy to park and get into and out of the parking lot, and near a lot of restaurants , walkable. Clean, well maintained.
