Showed up to check in and place was basically closed with no one at the desk and door locked. There was a piece of paper in window with a number to call. Tried 4x with no answer so had to book somewhere else. Hotel also refused to refund my money. Please avoid this money scam!

This is a good hotel for the price, and very close to beach. The room had 2 double beds which were comfortable, also had a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The tv had many channels to choose from. This is an older hotel so t could use a little tlc in spots, but if your looking for easy access to beach and the strip at a great price this is it. The man at front desk is very helpful as well

We realize that going to Hampton Beach is all about the beach. But a lot of the resorts are now getting old and we don't feel as if they are keeping everything up to snuff. The mattress and the bed are falling apart. a good nights sleep would be nice. Time to replace the old beds and mattresses.
