The room was impressive. It has a wonderful view from the balcony. I woke up to the sounds of birds singing every morning. There were parrots flying around. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to accommodate the guests. They made sure you were comfortable and had every thing you needed. The breakfast was served hot and it was excellent every single day. The staff made you feel at home and treated you like you were family. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here and every minute of interaction with all the pleasant, friendly, and courteous employees at this Hotel. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to excellent customer service.

L’hôtel n’est pas vraiment terminé, les ascenseurs sont en cours d’installation La clim dans les chambres ne fonctionnait pas Les chambre sont propres mais la construction du bâtiment est faite en dépit du bon sens Pour le petit déjeuner vous avez droit à du café instantané à emporter Seuls bon points le lit confortable et le personnel accueillant Bien trop cher pour la prestation mais comme tous les hôtels au Guyana

The customer service was exceptional. The house keeping was poor. The linen was soiled and towels were soiled that was put In my room. I had to request toilet paper as it was not replaced when finished.However when these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk it was handled immediately

The room was bright, clean and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great and within walking distance of restaurants, markets etc. The hotel is still under construction and there is no sound insulation. The breakfast was grab and go. Bottled water was available anytime and they only had instant coffee. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff really tried to make your stay comfortable and were very helpful.

The family loft was terrible. Even for children you cannot stand straight up without bumping your head. Even though there are caution signs going up, the design and layout of the room is like a dollhouse... unrealistic

Staff was excellect but the most outsatanding one was chelsea. Damieon the security/front desk staff was extremely helpful. Just ask these 2 staff for assistance and they go all out to ensure your comfortable.

The hotel is still being constructed but as a veteran traveller I can see that they have focused first on hiring excellent staff, who were very helpful and caring people. I enjoyed taking and dealing with them as they went the extra mile to make things work. Keep it up!
