The room was very clean a nice room it had a handicap accessible shower with a spa tub in the room main reason i booked the room the shwer how ever was not designed for a standard person what i dont why have a spa tub in a handicap accessible room there is no was a handicap person to get

Girl at front desk with unprofessional hair and make up was rude and dismissive. She treated me horrible from the moment of my arrival. I was the one to greet her since she was busy away looking uninterested on her phone. She got up and seemed annoyed to begin my check in process. She asked me for my ID and my credit card. She then walked away to back and to the front on three separate occasions and not saying a word as to why she was leaving. She then asked me for my credit card and then proceeded to manually start writing it in my folio contract. I figured that maybe the system was not working which is why she awkwardly left to the back multiple times. No biggie I get that computers don’t work at times. She hands me my single key and doesn’t even tell me what direction the elevator is located at. I was figured she did it because there was another 3 people who walked in behind me while my check in process was happening so she could attend them faster. I proceeded to try and locate the elevator so I could go up to my room. I get to my room and it’s the wrong one. I head back downstairs to let her know about the mix up and magically the system was working and the people behind me Didnt have their card number written down. Shady.
