Booked on Hotels.com with parking but no parking available. Will pick this up with Hotels.com Room not like picture as thought we’d have room with doors & Juliette balcony but instead we got upgraded to a room on 6th floor where you can’t see out the delux window as so dirty.

We had a corner room with two French balconies and great Paris views. The hotel is close to Gar du Nord, which was quite useful. It’s also close to the metro line and Canal Saint Martin, a very local Paris district. The only issue was the subtle smell coming from the toilet. It must be due to the buildings age and condition. Also the walls do not have great sound insulation. Otherwise, comfortable bed and everything was fine.

Toujours très bon accueil, mais propreté mise en doute cette fois ci. (pommeau de douche cassé dans le lavabo, et lavabo bouché, porte ne se fermant pas automatiquement).

スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで良かった。部屋も広くはないが大きな窓と清潔なバスルーム、ベッドの寝心地も良かったのでとても快適だった。 駅からも近く飲食店もたくさんあるので治安が悪いとの印象もなかった。しかし交通量がかなり多い通りに面しているため夜間の騒音は気になるかもしれないので念のため耳栓があると良いと思う。 1人だと緊張してパリに行くと思うのでホテルのスタッフの方が優しいのはとてもありがたいし、大きなポイントとなると思う。

A estadia foi excelente! O hotel entrega tudo q promete. Localização central, muito Próximo das estações de trem/metro, para quem gosta de caminhar está posição bem central. O quarto tem um tamanho bom para os padrões da Europa, cama boa, limpeza diária, prédio antigo, mas reformado e bem conservado. Os atendentes todos foram gentis e simpáticos! Super indico!

De passage sur Paris, la chambre était tres bien. Lit double, théière, plusieurs miroirs, rideaux occultants. La douche n'est pas très grande, info pour toutes les personnes, comme moi, qui ont quelques formes. Point à ameliorer : ajouter des accroches pour les serviettes. L'hôtel est doté dun ascenseur. L'employé d'accueil était jeune, dynamique et accueillant.

Hotellets läge är bra när det kommer till T-bana och pendel förbindelse.Däremot känns området kring stationen lite osäkert. Rummet var väldigt litet,men rent.Tekanna och kaffe/te,fön fanns tillgängliga.För ett par nätter är det OK,men om man stannar längre tid i Paris välj ett annat hotell . Killen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Ants in the room. Was promised a discount but have not heard from the hotel after sending several mails. The manager blaimed us for the ants and say we probably had a snack in the room. And also blamed us for hangig out the sign "do not disturb" for two nights. We was thinking at the environment (did not need new towels at that moment), but that backfired. The rooms was dirty and very noisy. Could hear what the neighbours was talking about and every sound around, both inside and outside. Had to argue to get a new room the day after. In the new room the sink leaked and left the bathroom floor wet. The breakfast was terrible, had to eat breakfast out two times because of almost no food left. Nothing to drink for my daughter, she is 11 and do not drink coffee! And the breakfast-room was the smallest room i ever seen, many guests did not get a place to sit and had to leave empty. We understand that problems can happen, but the way the manager is dealing with it is terrible. The man in the reception tried his best, he called the manager, but the respons is horrific. Never again!

Extremely tiny room, no closet, no drawers. Convenient location for train stations, all personnel spoke English and were very helpful. Floor in the room was in desperate need of cleaning.
