Subject: Request for Full Refund – Unacceptable Stay in Room 528
Dear Hilton Garden Inn Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Augusta location in room 528. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards I expect from the Hilton brand and resulted in a highly uncomfortable and unacceptable stay.
From the moment we arrived, we faced serious issues. Water continuously dripped in the bathroom, creating puddles on the floor, making the restroom unsafe and unusable, especially during the night when no one was using it. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a significant health and safety risk.
To make matters worse, a staff member came to collect all of our towels and never returned them. As a result, we were unable to shower or use the restroom for the duration of our stay — an absolutely unacceptable situation for any guest, let alone at a hotel of your reputation.
Given these conditions, I am requesting a full refund for the entire weekend. I trust that Hilton will stand by its commitment to guest satisfaction and take this matter seriously.
