El hotel está muy bien ubicado y perfecta opción para hospedarse si tomas un barco del puerto de Castells Mare. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, tiene todo lo necesario como restaurante, gimnasio, estacionamiento y es de los pocos que cuenta con alberca en la zona, la cual es muy bonita. Las habitaciones de igual manera son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todos los servicios y amenidades como agua, café, internet, secadora de pelo, etc La comida del restaurante es muy buena, tienen un menú bastante extenso y variado. Mi único comentario para mejora sería el servicio de alimentos y bebidas en la alberca, el cual fue muy lento.

However, there was a recurring issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water for two consecutive days, which was only partially resolved. Additionally, water tends to accumulate in the shower, causing soap residue to linger, resulting in an unpleasant experience as it takes an extended period to drain. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, comfortable bed and room, and a friendly, enthusiastic staff. My only issues: first, the stairwell is REALLY dark—not very safe. Second: the terrible, omnipresent “music.” Surely a place this nice could afford a Spotify channel with original artists instead of terrible covers? Also, the same terrible covers repeat over and over—we were only there two days and heard several of the songs 3-4 times. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the beautiful grounds, excellent drinks, and the spectacular pool!

Outstanding hotel, everything was top notch , including the service, Paulo at the reception was extremely helpful, spoke flawless English so was able to direct us wherever we wanted to go. We arrived 2 1/2 hours early before check-in and they let us in our room! I would give it more than 5 stars if possible! Great staff and awesome hotel!

wonderful stay- beautiful hotel, helpful staff - even had a shuttle that dropped us at a local restaurant. We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunatley the hotel is popular for functions so there was loud music until midnight on 2 of the nights we were there. Also the pool is not heated so is bracing!

Family stay for holiday. Comfortable and clean Rooms. Large enough for two adults two children with two comfy single beds for children. We booked this hotel expecting the swimming pool to be open. But pool was shut in third week of April. Suggest future guests to check with hotel before booking as this is seasonal. Our room was not given air conditioning. When asked they said it is also seasonal. So check with hotel before booking. At night the room temperature was 27C. When I complained reception asked me to open the balcony window. Last day on Easter Sunday, there was a disco within the resort grounds. They switched on AC knowing guests needed to shut windows due to noice. Without AC rooms are poorly ventilated, too hot and difficult to breath. I don’t think the management cares. Be aware of the complementary snacks on the table. Items in the fridge and snacks on the tables are all chargeable. Only tea and coffee is free. Hotel should keep these separate. It is misleading. There is a small barcode you need to scan to check price for these items but this is hardly visible when you first arrive. For 300 euros a night come on Tre Fonte. Nice comfortable hotel but the experience ruined by these silly things to save a few pennies. Luxury is not only nice shiny things but how you treat your guests. I recommend your hotel for comfort but ask future guests to heck every single detail before booking. Like many things in Italy, there’s always a surprise 😀

Excellent Hotel!

An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

Very clean and quiet property. Beds were incredibly comfortable.The restaurant and bar was expensive, but well worth it because the meal that I had was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and was top quality. Also, if you are renting a car in Naples you will very quickly realize that parking spots are at a premium and very difficult to find so underground parking offered by this establishment is convenient. However it does cost 20 euros per day. Overall I enjoyed my 4 night stay here and would highly recommend it.

The way they told me I couldn't have an ocean view they left us at a train station that is not safe for anyone and they don't let the tourist know

the Staff was good, some of them were also Professional and some of them normal. Breakfast Buffet was normal. not so many options but good Quality. The Hotel is outside of the Napel but there ist Shuttle from Hotel to the nearest Trainstation.
