My husband and I were taking a vacation night due to meeting up with friends for dinner and living 90 minutes south plus needing to be back in the city the next morning. This was a fantastic location. Central to the entire triangle, well appointed and clean. The front desk staff were kind, but not overly helpful for first time guests. We couldnt hear the airport. We would def stay here again!

One night stay for a family

My family of 4 traveled to the area to attend a concert. The hotel was in new condition from the lobby to the room. My daughter ate at one of the restaurants and enjoyed it. The only issues were that the pool was not heated and our check-in was delayed because my husband’s name was not on the reservation that I made. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I would have given 5 stars for everything but the air conditioning was terrible the entire weekend. I did not report it the first day, but I did the second. The room temperature was 70 degrees although I had the thermostat set on 60 degrees. That morning, I was informed that the system went out. Staff should have notified every one of the troubles because I could have checked out to go home that night instead of waking up in sweat the following morning. The best thing is that I was rewarded points for a one-night free stay.

I did love the Westin. The restaurant on site was freaking amazing, probably the best calamari I’ve ever had. The only problem I had with this property was that there was mold in our shower, you could also tell that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the toilet to the shower which was very disappointing considering this is a newer property.

I stayed one night to get to RDU for an early flight. The bed and linens were super comfy. The gym is large, has a lot of equipment, cool towels and water available. The rooftop pool was small, but the outdoor sitting area was cozy.

The Westin at Durham Airport is definitely a great hotel. The room was clean and you're in walking distance around a nice shopping and dining area. We had an issue with our room at first, but customer service handled it and upgraded us to a new room for free!

The staff was really great Helena was so sweet but I had a couple of issues with my room like it didn’t have a holder for my soap while in the shower and shower was not clean and also didn’t receive a robe in the bathroom. Other than that overall good stay.

It smells wonderful!! Check in was smooth although my room keys did not work, someone quickly put me in another room. The room had a lot of left over long hair on the floors & in shower but was clean otherwise. I love that it’s pet friendly and will definitely stay again! The starbucks inside is a PLUS!!

Weekend getaway

Weekend trip from Florida to Raleigh for a college football game. Hotel is definitely in a great location; Starbucks onsite. Friendly front desk staff and workers all around. Unfortunately our room was extremely hot and would never cool down, even when the heat and air were set appropriately. Maintenance came out twice to look at it. We thought it was fixed but it continued to be hot all day/night long. Luckily we checked out Sunday or we would have asked for another room.
