The front desk clerk was rude. The toilet was missing the handle in one room and the toilt in the other room drained slowly. The swelled like sewer. One room had roaches. The location and breakfast were nice. I k ow if the manager or owner seez this message, they will send that automated IM SORRY response.

This hotel had all the ambiance of an extended stay hotel. It was shabby, stunk of cigarette smoke and had badly worn hallway carpet among other problematic issues. I'm not a happy camper that I wasted my One Key rewards points on this property which is badly in need of a renovation. The only positive was the front desk staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

We did not enjoy the day at this hotel. The hotel had a very weird smell and was VERY outdated. I did not feel safe at this hotel with my 2 young children with me. Would not stay here again.

Decent enough. Look like a survivor of a hurricane so cannot be too hard. Had couple stains in the hallway carpet. Some inside appliances doesn't work. And a few things been peppered like when a window blew out or something. Overall a comfortable stay.

Front desk was terrible and rude, gave me a room without a phone in it and the tv had no signal. When I told her that the tv was not working she told me she had to put in a work order for it but didn’t tell me anything else, after about 2 hours of nobody coming to check on the tv I had to go down to the front desk and ask her about it, she told me that she didn’t know when somebody would look at it and acted like she didn’t care.She offered me a handicap room with 2 queen beds but I payed for a room with a King size bed plus It was me and my wife anniversary and we had to sleep in 2 different beds.

Toilet didn’t flush well. Front desk personnel were not around for check in for a while. Had one roach in the room. Pillows are kind of small. Nothing bothered me too much, but my family was not happy.

First off the management clearly isn't doing there job as the room we were put in wasn't checked for cleanliness or safety there was a stain in the middle of the floor that looked liked someone took a dump. The wall socket cover was missing in the hall directly infront of our room 217 there was a huge stain on the carpet that had turned this sticky kind of black! The furniture in the room had scratches all over it the dresser drawers were pulled out. In the lobby were boxes of leaking cleaner fluids red in color! Only good thing about this was the ladies gave us our money back.

The Comfort in was amazing it was very clean and spacious. The location was also good there eateries all along 23rd street to choose from not to mention Fatboy's restaurant in just across the yard. Also the mall is up the street would definitely stay there again.
