I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel on the Grand side. From the beginning, my experience was far below the standard I expected.
On the second day of my stay, I attempted to dine at one of the restaurants, unaware that it was restricted for Grand side guests. Rather than being informed respectfully, I was treated in an extremely rude and dismissive manner that left me feeling humiliated — as though I didn’t belong there.
Additionally, my family and I had to wait over 11 hours just to receive basic items such as towels and washcloths, despite making multiple requests. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned on the second day, and although we filed several complaints, no manager ever followed up or addressed our concerns.
This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the level of communication and hospitality provided to your guests.
