Property is rundown and not kept up. Room also run down, has toilet, sink. One sharable shower on third floor that worked but cluttered with non essentials, lacked places to hold soap etc, 'broken' shower head that you had to hold to use. Overall good location, 20 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, close to subways, trains, restaurants, patisseries. Farther to Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe (use subway). Overall, recommend paying more and hopefully get a better place.

Avoid at all costs. No elevator, narrow, dangerous, dark and steep stairwell. Dank hallways but thank God, no bedbugs! The nigh time receptionist was helpful in kind of a hostile, sullen way. Wouldn't consider a refund. It is clear that my horror at the state of the property is something she encounters daily and constantly. The place is a slum and moreover, across the street there appears to be an area where migrant men congregate to let off steam. The shouting and drunken revelry lasted until 5 am—and this was following an extremely, grueling flight from Vancouver, via Iceland. I felt like weeping—and no, I am not particularly demanding. This place is over-priced and dismal as hell. It does not resemble the photos in any way, shape or form.

A horrible and unsafe hotel. Dirty, in horrible shape, dangerous and by far worst place I've ever seen. Hot, no aircondition, no bathroom, no shower. We booked for 2 nights, but left after 1. Crawling with insects, cockroaches and bed bugs. Electricity shorted because of loose wires everywhere, leaving an entire floor without electricity. No escape ways in case of fire.

Great hotel

Very affordable very clean great area in Paris very close to everything staff where very friendly and helpful definitely worth the price .Communal toilets and showers however they where very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel if your on a budget or your a student or don’t want to pay a crazy price 9/10 will be visiting again.

The room is clean, but the steps arrangement is not good..they don't have lift and given 4th floor stay,it's were hard to go the steep steps. The Wc arrangement inside the room is also very different . It's within the room ,without any curtains in my room. Overall room is ok , but the steps and wc arrangement is something I am not happy with
