I have a dog. There was no designated area for walking. There was a lot of poop in the grass. We also rv and it is a necessary item that needs addressing. I also had to clean the toilet. It was collecting sludge around the inside of the ring. The cleaning staff needs to scrub the WHOLE toilet.

Never again

The front desk staff was rude from the very beginning. She acted as if we were an inconvenience by being there to check in. Then she started talking about all the extra fees, $45 for early check in, we arrived at 2:30, $65 pet fee and a $50 registration fee and none were on the website. All on top of the hotel fee which was already paid. The bedding and pillows had hair on them. The smoke alarm went off at 2:30 am and we were all evacuated.

It was a great spot and location and very nice to stay in. Only bad thing was how loud and easy it was to hear people outside and in the hallways during the late/sleeping hours!

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We entered the room to find a massive dead roach near the AC unit. 30min later, another large dead roach at the bathroom entrance. Fast forward 4 hrs later- came back from dinner, settle down time.. take out a flashlight and check under the bed just because of the initial impressions.. and we see 2 small roaches ALIVE crawling under the bed. We literally checked out in the middle of the night and drove home. Real review.

The staff was really nice. Check in/out was easy and quick. We didn’t like the mattresses and on our last night, there was a cockroach climbing on the wall.

Price was great. The woman working at check in was very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff acted like we were an imposition. VERY Stingy with towels. No ice machine. Floors in the room were filthy. Room smelled of cat piss. We had to take our own trash out. Kitchen cooking package was ridiculously priced at $30-$40. Rooms were not sound proof. People walking the halls all hours talking loudly.

My first time

On arrival was given two different rooms that have NOT been cleaned and then on the third room with a upgrade on the bed was good to go. No towels in room but it was cleaner than the other two so we were happy about that. Room barely smelled of other dogs happy about that. Needs a coffee pot. No other issues came up. Dropped cards off on the way out no one at front desk. People really need to pickup after their dogs and have a area for smoking there was poop and butts everywhere. Parking was decent.

Please help

I called hotel on the phone and asked if i could check in early the lady informed me it would not be a problem but a fee woukd be applied i agreed to pay the fee. When i arrived at the property the entire front desk was shut down no desk clerk available. Waited hours then when someone came they said i could check in and then told me i had to wait untill 9am then at 9am told me i had to wait until 12pm then told 2pm the clerk was unprofessional and rude i never even got checked in or did i receive the room keys or enter the room

The top of the mattress was about 1 1/2 feet from the floor, the mattress was hard and lumpy and unsleepable. The bedspread was so old, thin and faded. We had to lower ourselves down to the bed. When we got up our imprint on the mattress stayed after we checked out. We left after 1 night.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities. We found long black hairs twisted into our towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases, which was extremely off-putting. The floors were dirty upon check-in, and the overall condition of the room was poor. To make matters worse, the exhaust fan leaked water all night and left a puddle on the floor. There was no hotel staff available after hours, and when we called for assistance, it took an unreasonably long time for someone to respond. The on-call attendant eventually arrived at 1:30am with her toddler in tow to help my husband, which was both unprofessional and concerning. Throughout our stay, the property was poorly maintained. We encountered dog feces in the stairwells and trash scattered around the grounds. Guests were loud and disruptive well into the night, but with no on-site staff to address the issue, there was no way to get help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the most unpleasant lodging experiences we’ve ever had.
