Hôtel première classe bien , commence à être vieillissant mais propre . Proche autoroute donc un peu de bruit . Tout le nécessaire autour , restaurant fast food , station , magasin , Auchan … Pour ce qui es question de l’accueil , peu souriante et aimable aucune explication. Pas de bonjour pas de en revoir à l’arrivé comme au départ . A 8:15 quelqu’un du services de nettoyage est entrée dans notre chambre pendant que étions en train de dormir ! Aucune d’excuse au moment de rendre les clefs ! Personne ne vous demander comment votre séjours c’est passé Hôtel propre pour le prix ! Service personnel à revoir .

Nous avions bien conscience de ce à quoi nous nous engagions en réservant dans cette chaîne, mais force est de constater que certains manquements sont tout simplement inacceptables. Pour un séjour de cinq nuits, l’expérience s’est avérée être une suite de déconvenues. Dès le départ, la première déception est survenue avec la carte d’accès : elle a fonctionné une seule fois, puis, semble-t-il en raison d’un problème de batterie, elle s’est révélée défaillante. On m’a alors annoncé qu’on changerait de chambre, promesse qui n’a jamais été tenue. Conséquence : j’ai dû solliciter chaque soir l’aide du personnel pour me faire ouvrir la porte, avec en prime un commentaire désinvolte du type « heureusement que vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée ». Ce désagrément a perduré jusqu’à 21h30, au-delà duquel il fallait se rabattre sur le service du Campanil. Mon emploi du temps imprévisible m’a amené à revenir tard, à deux reprises au cours de la même soirée. La première fois, l’agent du Campanil a simplement réagi par un « Je vous ouvre, et basta », un comportement qui, bien que sec, était acceptable compte tenu des circonstances. La deuxième fois, la situation a été encore plus frustrante : la porte était fermée, j’ai sonné et attendu cinq minutes sans résultat. En décidant de faire le tour, je suis tombé sur trois individus sur la terrasse. En leur demandant s’ils appartenaient au personnel de l’hôtel, j’ai eu droit à un bref « Ben ou
