The pool was closed. The room had 2 beds and a dresser. No desk, chairs or night stand. The sink did not work properly. The bathroom floor was unsteady. We checked out and left.

Biggest dump ive ever been in

The room was filthy, there were live and dead bees in the room, there was trash left, carpets were dirty, unvaccuumed, and wet. My wife got stung by one of the bees. The front desk didnt offer a refund, but only an insincere, "I'm sorry".

I can't rate my stay as my reservation was canceled by the hotel. I ended up staying at another location in a different city. I wish i could say something about the food, service, and location but i did not stay at this location.

They tried to deny me a room at first even though I pre checked in and had confirmation and room number. He finally agreed to let me in and give me a room. The room only had one bed. I reserved two. There were cockroaches and other bugs crawling everywhere.

1st room the bathroom light didnt work and had water dripping from it , both bedside lights were unplugged , second room the shower faucet handle fell off and took 10 minutes to get barely warm water . Spider webs in the corners , i could go on but its not worth my time

Horrible experience! I checked in he gave me a key to a room someone else was sleeping in! Then I get another room which was disgusting dried toilet paper on the floor from being wet and on the door not to mention worst part there was beg bugs! The pictures online are a lie it doesn’t have floor dirty green carpet from no telling when. Went down to complain and manager wouldn’t approve my refund

We pulled up in the parking lot and left. This motel was nothing like the photos posted on line. There was an old run-down boat full of old clothes and trash parked outside . There was old bbq grills out on the sidewalks. The windows were filthy. The curtains and or blinds were torn up in the windows. There is a huge 1980 satellite dish on the roof. Very old and run down on the outside. I could just imagine what the inside looked like.

Uncomfortable

First let me say the staff was nice but that was about it because not even 5 mins after getting in the room my husband was stung by a bee and when I went to the office to see if they by chance had tweezers in which they did not have to remove the stinger they then informed me they were having issues with bees in the rooms so I went back to check the room and at the head of the bed there were a bunch of dead bees soi went to the house keeper to try and use the vacuum to get them up and she said she couldn't let me use it and gave me a broom to do what she gets paid for and I'm very deathly allergic to bees then the floor had holes all through our the room then my husband fell down the stairs and as we thought all the bad was over the internet cut off and on the whole night which was sad because I've stayed in some bummy rooms and the internet has never done what it did last night so over all I give this place half a star and for I'm our troubles we should've received a discount or something because they never said a word until it was to late now he's swollen and uncomfortable and thime stay was for my birthday and well you see how it turned out all because of the room they placed us in

The room was not clean. There was dirt on the floor and trash in the bathroom floor. The plumbing was deplorable. The sink faucet poured water from the lever when turned on. And I mean poured! Tried to take a shower in tub thy was questionable as the ring that covers the faucet was hanging off. Attempting to pull lever to turn on the shower took several attempts to only half turn on. Half shower head and half faucet. There was a filthy towel which I took immediately to the front desk when I had to ask for a second key card. He was pleasant. I didn’t expect a five star, but at least clean working facilities.

The room must have flooded at some point as the laminate flooring was blistered up ( we both tripped on the raised flooring). A couple lightbulbs didn't work. I feel sorry for the staff that has to try to clean this room, the entire thing needs to be renovated.

It was probably by far the worst place i've ever stayed at. Between most of the rooms being closed for renovations and the ones that are available to rent are so dilapidated that it's hit or miss whether or not you have any sort of amenity other than a bed period
