Would not recommend

Stayed 3 nights for convenient location but sleep was disturbed each night with altercations outside our window. We only needed basic accommodation but the interior of room was very shabby and damaged from cigarettes even though there was a no smoking sign. Bathroom is very compact and tired. Floor was not cleaned. No temperature control for room. Plus points is that it is very easy to get to Marseille centre by bus. Parking is free and seems to be secure. Restaurants nearby.

Une chose positive pour nous, l’emplacement, pas loin du lieu d’examen pour le concours de ma fille. La chambre ne sentait pas bon, le distributeur de savon ne marchait pas, tout dans un état pas entretenu du tout et ça fait sale. L’extérieur de l’hôtel clairement très sale, très bruyant, des poubelles partout, des gens qui squattent le parking le soir car il n’est pas fermé. Ok pour une nuit mais vraiment en dépannage!

Fait le job pour une nuit La chambre et la salle de bain sont propre Par contre des travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir rapidement Il n’est pas normal que le radiateur soit à même le sol, qu’il n’y ait pas de cache sur la porte au niveau du système de serrure (piles apparentes) et enfin que le flexible de douche pende car il manque la fixation permettant d’accrocher le pommeau de douche À notre arrivée l’enregistrement c’est très bien passé

Chambre sale salle de bain remplie de cheveux les fils de la lampe de chevet à nus fenêtre cassée porte d'entrée cassée mitigeur de douche cassé prise non fixée......... devant la porte de l'hôtel des gamelles d'animaux....des personnes font la manche et en plus se permettent de tenir des raisonnements car on leur a rien donné. On devait y passer 2 nuits on est parti en demandant le remboursement nous avons tout expliqué et montré les photos et videos à la personne de l'accueil très compréhensive et gentille seul point positif. J'espère etre remboursée honteux pourtant j'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette chaine d'hôtel mais là vraiment déçue. !!!!!!
