Stay away!

There was black mold on the back of both bathroom doors (we had 2 rooms). The shower wouldn’t shut off completely and when we called to ask about it they said maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day.

It was an acceptable hotel, but there were several things that were not working. The back door and the room continued to struggle with the key working and only one of the two elevators was working. The staff were kind and helpful

Not bad, but not great

I rated this place overall with 3 stars. It met expectations (a room with a bed and bathroom), but it had some issues. The bathroom shower curtain was ripped/torn in several places. They were obvious, so not such why housekeeping din't replace. The bathroom also had some mold/mildew growth around the shower ceiling area. The curtains over the main window also had a hole torn through them. The room wasn't dirty or soiled, but it was just eh.

Quick overnight in Comfort

Easy to get to from I-75 with parking for horse trailers. Comfortable, large room. Great TV channels and captioning works with a click of the button. Good breakfast options. Everything felt clean and appropriate. Only minor disappointment was lack of cocoa packets with the coffee and tea.

Comfy stay!

Check in was breeze even arriving late in the evening. Very friendly staff. The hotel lobby was clean and pleasant. Our 2-queen room was as described and pretty spacious. The beds seemed more like full size but were very comfortable. The pillows and bedding were comfy as well. The breakfast was hosted by very friendly staff. The waffles are the star of the show. They cook up perfect and delicious. There were also a few hot choices like eggs and ham as well as muffins, toast, cereals, and yogurt. The pool was clean and plenty of seating. They provided clean towels for the pool area as well. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the World Equestrian Center (we were in town for a volleyball tournament). Overall, our stay was accomadating and nice.

Beautiful bakery next door

Love the consistency of comfort inn. Great value and always a clean and nicely appointed hotel. Walk next door to the bakery cafe. It's 100% worth it and very delicious.

Our stay was fine, we really only were there to sleep for a few hours before heading back to WEC. We had an issue with our key cards every day though, having to go to front desk and having them re do them as they wouldn’t let us in our room or the side door entrance.

Wonderful front desk staff

Our checkin experience was wonderful! The front desk clerk was super friendly and helped me sign up for the hotel’s rewards program. Upon entering the room, pull out bed was left partially out with all the cushions on the floor. Couldn’t get the window shades to completely cover the blaring light faced right at the window. Shower faucet leaked. I could hear the room next door. Only 2 bell carts which lead to a very rude patron cussing me out for getting the only one available, which I had to track down while being used by yet another patron. Elevator does not display the floors & only 1 seemed to be working. It had a caution sign in it for the 3 days we were there.
