Hotel as hotel.... They take 75€ security caution and don't give it back so room cost 120€ instead 45 € so I'm still waiting for my money .... They don't answer the phone so it's a big problem

Arrival difficult and cumbersome

Cumbersome reervation and arrival login . I tried to get hold of thé hotel to annonce late arrival, but impossible to get hold of them (occupied). Fortunately, they called me just before leaving for the evening but I was surprised they asked for my credit card data, otherwise I wokld have not been able to access the room. Also, the login on the automatic teller was fastidious and did not work on one of both rooms !

Une chambre avec vraiment le minimum. Une serviette, le savon distributeur pour tout savon-shampoing. Pas de bouilloire, micro ondes... pas de coin cuisine (je n'avais pas assez bien anticipé). Il y a une coursive en ferraille et la voie rapide à proximité donc tout cela est un peu bruyant. L'isolation est à refaire, la poste laisse passer un filet d'air, donc chambre bien fraîche au matin et une seule couverture tres fine à disposition. Point positif, places de parking , hippopotamus à proximité (sinon rien à manger aux alentours). distributeur de snacks/ café et micro ondes à l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner était offert et le personnel très aimable. Pour une nuit ca va mais pas plus pour moi.

J’ai réservé pour passer un week-end avec mon fils qui est étudiant à Grenoble,l’hôtel est a 10 minute du crous,a l’accueil il y’avait un jeune homme tres gentil,pour le prix pour une nuit avec deux enfants,j’ai trouvé ça correct,le top ,pas chers,propre ,calme et au matin un délicieux petit déjeuné copieux Merci a eux,je recommande et je reviendrai
