I stayed at DoubleTree with the main intention of relaxing and using the spa. Unfortunately, as I didn’t book spa treatments in advance, I wasn’t able to have the full experience I had hoped for. That said, the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all excellent, and the spa staff were very supportive and welcoming. Across the entire hotel, including the restaurant, the staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. The level of service was both fulfilling and pleasantly surprising. Overall, a very positive experience, especially thanks to the people working there.

Personally I don’t mind paying a fee in a city where there is a choice but in a rural location it is not acceptable- a real shame. Suggesting to hotel. Add a parking barrier for the residents and add the fee to the room stay to hide the fee and give a clear spend to the stay.
