Disappointed

Booked one night stay. Exterior was dirty. Grass not cut. Structure walls dirty with what looked like black dirt win off stains from roof. Front entrance door was broken. Receptionist had on a dirty and stained shirt. I could see her underwear because her shirt was too small. Elevator was dirty and smelled like sweaty armpits. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER! I showered with lukewarm water. Ive stayed at his hotel before about four years ago and this hotel was decent then. Not sure what has happened to this property. It would be a really nice place if the owners would invest and take the time to clean it up and bring it back to life! Disappointed to see how it’s gone down!

Don't go there!

This was the worst place we have tried to stay at! There were no cars should have been our first clue something was not right! We checked in and went to our room on the second floor. The door was ajar & wouldn't shut without lifting up on it. The room was nice but when we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water! I went to the front desk & was told the maintenance man would be called. 15 minutes & nobody showed up. We left and found a different room! The pool was also not full of water & had green on top of it.

Property closed without notice

After a 60 mile drive I arrived to find the property CLOSED, with a note on the door, "we are open" They were NOT open/ Entrance locked. Lights off. ! This review is accurate and does not violate any of your criteria.

Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was great. The contractor was great and filled with great information. The room at first glance nice size from a glance it looked nice and clean. I did find a few issues the couch was dirt with crumbs and the mini fridge hate dead baby roaches. I did include pictures. The remote didn’t work the batteries were corroded inside. The manager was not available at my check out no one was available at check out.

It was terrible. I walked in my room and roaches everywhere. I felt uncomfortable being the only one in the hotel, but staff told me there was an officer staying and gave me his room number which I’m sure is against privacy but there were no vehicles. I checked right back out of the room and found another place to stay. Very unhappy with it.

Not taken care of and Run Down

Hotel was not dirty but not clean. Everything was worn out and not in good condition. The outside was horrible. The building was covered with mold and the pool was infested with mold, frogs and other bugs. The room was not so dirty that you could not sleep but not nice and clean either. The whole place had a bad smell. I would pass on this hotel.

Comfy room but ugly outside.

The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

This was the most HORRIBLE experience my family has had at a stay through expedia and was NO help we i called for help to tranfer to snoth location after arivinf here to NO staff the contractor che ked me in at 3 at 11pm i was locked out of my room went down and people atanding waiting for someone to show up stood there 15 minsute then stated hollaring down the hall and there comes the contractor gave me a new key helped the others. The pool wasm closed and had been and in face the whole place should have been no lockes on outter doors or safty lock in inner doors worksed it was horrible

My first night the male staff accused my child of playing with the broken exit sign on the ground. He told my child you don't belong here. My child was respectful to the staff. I told the staff the sign was in the middle of walk way and my child eas moving it out of the path. He keep goning off on me. Not good staffing personal. Roaches in room.

Terrible

The breakfast center was not open, there was no hot water and the TV did not work. In the morning as I left there was no one at the front desk to tell me about breakfast (it was truly unmanned).
