I stayed at this hotel with my family for a couple pf nights. I chose it because it had good reviews on Expedia, but it’s terrible: the building is old and neglected, dirty on all areas (rooms, pool, corridors,etc) with equipment in the room not functioning (the fridge for example). It is not a 4-stars but also not a 1-star honestly, so it should have a different cost. In any case, even at lower cost, I would never stay there a second time.

Habitación correcta para un 4 estrellas, un poco justa quizás, le falta algo de mantenimiento (paredes), pero sin mayor importancia, al menos para mi. Atención en recepción muy correcta y eficaz. Parking muy cómodo en el mismo hotel, precio dentro de la línea de los hoteles. Restaurante buffet un poquito justo, pero si no quieres complicarte la vida es perfecto.

La calidad precio de la habitación me pareció adecuada. Buen precio por habitación moderna y tamaño moderado. El problema fue, y por eso le pongo la nota, que tuve varios "vecinos" que por la noche se dedicaron a dar voces cuando llegaron a la habitación y nos despertaron. Las mismas voces que tuvimos la tarde que llegamos e intentamos descansar un rato. Se que es imposible de controlar, pero la realidad es que nos fastidió el descanso.

Nos dieron una habitación sucia, estaba sin hacer. Tuvimos que bajar a decirlo, un escueto disculpa sin más explicaciones, y nos dieron otra habitación. La primera tenía bañera, la que finalmente nos dieron ducha... Cuando la queríamos con bañera, ya no quisimos reclamar más, un desastre. La piscina no estaba abierta con el calor que hacía, cuando todas las demás si, no cogieron el teléfono en todas las veces que lo intentamos antes de ir. Un desastre, menos mal que solo era un dia

El hotel no está mal, pero por la época la piscina aún está cerrada y había un sauna o picina interior tipo spa y estaba vacía, así k solo pudimos disfrutar del gimnasio. De haberlo sabido me hubiese elegido otro que tuviese mas servicios abiertos por ese dinero.

Nos tocó una habitación cuya ventana da al estadio del Granada. Y toda la noche se oye la maquina de refrigeración del Hotel arrancar y parar cada dos o tres minutos. Imposible coger el sueño. El aislamiento acustico de la habitación es muy deficiente.

Casi siempre que vamos a Sierra Nevada a esquiar 1 o 2 dias a nos quedamos en este hotel ya que tiene un acceso muy rapido a la Sierra , las habitaciones estan bien y tiene una calidad/ precio muy correcta.
