Reasonable Stay.

We had a good time here. The rooms are older and have not been renovated. At least the one we had been was incredibly outdated. However, the room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable — the balcony was great. We liked the environment and the entire space of the property was really pretty to walk. We were primarily disappointed about the food; it really was not that great. We only enjoyed the breakfasts, and the beachfront enjoyment of that breakfast… super breakfast buffet. Overall, we may stay here again, traveling through Mexico. I would recommend of you traveling with children. We were 2 adults, and this is for sure a great family resort.

Water Issues: No water to shower on day 1 of our stay, leaving guests to clean themselves in the private pools. No hot water in our room for the first 3 days. When we did have some hot water, it would run out quickly, making it difficult to enjoy basic amenities. Limited Dining Options: The buffets were closed, and despite multiple attempts, it was impossible to make reservations at the other restaurants, severely limiting our dining choices. Unpleasant Odor: There was a persistent stench of sewage around the property, which detracted from the overall experience and made it difficult to fully enjoy the resort. Food-Borne Illness: My family and I all experienced diarrhea, and some members also suffered from vomiting. As I am 7 months pregnant, I could not take any medication to alleviate my symptoms, which further impacted our stay. Hot Tub Issues: The hot tub was cold and dirty, which was concerning. We never used it. Harassment by Staff: Every day, my husband and I were accosted multiple times per day by staff members asking if we were interested in “visiting the property for an hour and receiving free massages” in exchange for listening to a timeshare presentation. This continued throughout our stay, and staff even left a note on our door requesting that we immediately go to reception for “compensation” – another attempt to discuss timeshares. Cleanliness: My room's shower was visibly dirty, which was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected.

No water for several days. When we got here all water was cold. Over 200 guests were ill guessing E. coli. Staff did not address any issues. Did not let us know why there was no water. The beach was beautiful and the weather was fantastic. The hotel was atrocious! Everyone in our group of 8 got extremely sick with gastrointestinal issues. Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain. On site convenience store sold diarrhea/nausea relief for $ 37usd along with bottled water for $13usd. Shows the pure greed of the hotel. Check in was extremely slow. The hotel is so spread out, our group was spit up and a good 15 min walk apart. There was a trolly, just never any room on it. Definitely needed more transportation services. Never any loungers available at the pools unless you want to spend $100 USD greed over satisfied customers once again Staff not very eager to serve except the ones trying to sell time shares. They were quite persistent and bothered us several times during our stay. Check out at noon, ride to airport at 3pm. Asked for late check out $20 per hour. But Nope you can’t. Often had dirty dishes. Cups with lipstick or coffee stains. Saw children at the buffet pick up food with their hands, smell it and put it back. Food was mid depending where you eat. Swim up bars at the children’s pools not the adult pools - not sure why children would need a swim up bar. Can only imagine the content of urine in that water. I have been to many all inclusives and this one by far was the worst. Will never go back and will warn anyone I can to stay away. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
