The Inn at Cocoa Beach is the best place to stay.

A great place to stay that’s adults only. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The Inn provides beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. Complimentary breakfast every morning provided by friendly staff. Coffee and tea always available and a social hour every day with assorted cheeses and wine. The Inn is near a lot of restaurants that’s walkable. This is our go to place when vacationing in Cocoa Beach.

Excellent hotel

From check-in to departure, our experience at this hotel was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was spotless, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering a great start to each day. The pool was always clean and perfectly heated, making for a relaxing swim. We also appreciated the available chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was a reasonable walk away. A highlight of our stay was when our son visited for an afternoon—the staff was exceptionally accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we are very grateful for our experience and look forward to returning. We will happily recommend this hotel to our friends!

Although the decor in the common area is slightly dated but still in fine condition, don’t let this deter you as the rooms are bright, fresh and modern and the welcome and service is second to none. Everything from the free cheese and wine, incredibly well stocked honesty bar and the superb home cooked breakfast, this hotel oozes charm. Loads of parking and great location for the beach and local bars and restaurants.

Room nothing like picture!

Room we got was nothing like picture of room we reserved. No place to put cloths. A wicker chair and a dining room chair for furniture. Bed was suppose to be king and was “small queen”. We stayed in room next to this one last year. This was nothing like that one. Was told “too bad “we are all booked up. This was all 4 nights. Were told it was because we booked on 3rd party site. Never heard that one before. Toiletries were never replaced except for soap(1 per day) for showering and cleaning hands even when taking a couple of showers a day after beach time.

As enjoyable as ever

We've stayed at The Inn at Cocoa Beach repeatedly because of its charming, small-hotel feel, whether enjoying breakfast on the patio or relaxing on our balcony with an ocean view. We particularly like having a vast expanse of beach only steps away. Everything was spotless. The two minor maintenance issues we reported were corrected immediately.

Very comfortable place to stay in Cocoa Beach

An excellent place to stay in Cocoa Beach.The rooms are lovely and open directly onto the pool area with the beach just a few steps away. The hotel offers a Happy Hour with snacks and wine, an honor system for additional drinks and cookies and tea in the afternoon. You feel like you are part of the family

Sunrise in Cocoa Beach

It’s an older property but very well maintained. Everything was clean and well cared for. Loved that they had an honor bar, nice breakfast in the morning and great knowledge of the area. All recommendations for dining and other area activities were spot on and extremely helpful. Great pool, yard, happy hour, beach access and so much more. I will definitely stay again if I return to the area.
