Cons One of the main criteria for choosing a hotel, for us, was that it should have shuttle services to and fro the theme parks. The shuttle timings were extremely erratic and we landed up doing Uber a couple of times coz of the timings. There is only one shuttle to Universal which is at 7.20am and return 7.00pm. Disney shuttles are at 7.20am, 9.20am, 10.20am and returns are around 4.15, 5.20, 9.00 and 11.30pm The room allotted to us was far. We requested for a room closer to the front desk coz we had a senior citizen, but they said no rooms available. Pros However they were very accommodating by sending the golf cart whenever we required. Service was very prompt. They gave us a late check -out Overall a very pleasant stay except for shuttle timings
