透過hotels.com訂房時與實際入住的結果完全不一! 當初訂房內容:1 張雙人床 或 1 張單人床,客房面積 15 平方公尺 (161 平方英呎)，設有附家具的陽台。 (hotels.com內容) 結果到了現場居然是地下室的房間,什麼陽臺?是間窗戶都沒有的房間,地窖吧! 要求換房,一下跟我保證明天會有房間可以換,到了隔天居然說沒有房間,說我當初沒要求!? 詐欺吧! 非常糟糕的經驗,不舒服的空間,wifi也不穩定....請各位自行考量。

Be careful! Phidias Hotel overbooks on purpose and sends you to another hotel they own We booked Phidias Hotel because of its excellent location. When we arrived at 9am, we were told there was an electrical issue affecting one floor and that they would “find a solution.” When we returned at 1pm, they said the technician never showed up and that we were being moved to Golden City Hotel. The woman at the front desk said the only other option was a windowless room. When we said that was fine, she made up another excuse, saying she could only offer it the next day. We asked to be moved back the following day — that never happened. In reality, the new hotel was in a much worse location — far from the center and in an area that even our taxi driver warned us about. It felt unsafe and completely changed the nature of our stay. Later, we discovered that both hotels belong to the same hotel group, along with a third one (Crystal House). That evening, we walked past Phidias and saw all the floors lit up with guests inside — clearly, the hotel was operating normally. Even worse, we found multiple reviews online describing the exact same experience — guests being moved from Phidias to another hotel in the same group under fake excuses. This is clearly not a one-time issue.

Location is great and the bed was comfortable! We had a good sleep. But they made a bit of a mess with the reservations as they had a broken pipe and had to move people to different hotels earlier on. Long story short, instead of having two rooms with 2 bathrooms for 4 people, we had two connecting rooms and 1 bathroom, and it was a bit odd. We stayed 4 nights. Also, be aware when you make bookings, that apparently some rooms have no windows and this is not clearly listed on the booking. Pros: Location and bed comfort. Cons: Shower handle was broken making it super hard to shower. Towels were old. Kettle was literally broken with a tape and not working. One night I went downstairs to buy a bottle pr prosecco for our last night as we were doing girls' hair masks + drinks, and the reception guy had no idea what a prosecco was. He said he had one bottle of warm white wine left for sale. I then went out to buy a proper bottle, came back and he didn't want to give me proper wine glasses as he said he only had 3 wine glasses. I said you don't even have the drink for sale, why would you want to keep the glasses? LOL After some ranting, a woman found me 4 (mismatched!) glasses I could take to the room! #firstworldproblems

When we arrived to the hotel for the check in, they charged my card and after that they proceeded to tell me they were having problems to give us the room so they were going to send us to a different hotel in a very bad area. I told them they should have warned me before charging my card. They denied to reimburse me the money so I walked away with a loss from their hotel. I will escalate this to the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO), no doubt.

The location and the breakfast was great. The hotel standard was what you can expect at this price range. The staff pretty much ignored us and was more interested in socialising with each other than tending to the guests.

Muy lindo hotel, lástima que yo había reservado la suite familiar y al momento del checkin se la habían dado a otra familia y nos pusieron en dos habitaciones en dos pisos distintos, pero sacando ese detalle el Hotel es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado con vista a la acropolis

O carinho e atenção dedicados pela Greice, Ornela e Aneta e a outra moca da albania do bar, foram fantásticas. Fizeram tudo para ajudar a sentir bem. Eh um hotel mais antigo mas hiper bem localizado l, a poucos metros da Acropolis e no meio de restaurantes bons. Cafe da manha muito bom. Acesso a metro proximo. Ficaria novamente sem duvidas.

The first night they sent us to another hotel, 24 minutes from the hotel we reserved, in a drug sales area, dangerous, you couldn't walk. We left at dawn to another place, there was no taxi, we had to walk and some thieves followed us. All this happened because the hotel we booked with Expedia lied to us, they didn't have a room for us and they sent us to a dangerous hotel that was not the hotel we booked
