没有温泉的家族经营酒店

酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights over the weekend. Service at this hotel and restaurant is excellent. The front door staff were very helpful, the roof bar gentlemen and the restaurant staff were all very friendly. The restaurant is one of the highlights with good food and a great view. This hotel has an amazing location looking out at Capri and Ischia with a 20min bus ride into Sorrento from in front of the hotel. Our room was beautiful and we loved waking up to the sunlight filling the white room and classic Sorrento tiles. We found it a little loud because the sound from other rooms travels through the floor and walls, and the door shakes every time someone else opens or closes a door - but that didn’t detract too much from an otherwise great time. Nothing beats seeing Capri from your bed. We would come again.

Hotelli oli kaukana keskustasta, mutta rauhallinen. Spa osasto oli lähinnä pikkulapsille sopiva ja sauna ei oikein ansainnut sauna -nimeä. Huonoin spagetti frutti di mare mitä olen Italiassa syönyt. Ravintolalaskulla oli liikaa veloitusta. Kuvat hotellista ja palveluista eivät täsmää käytännön kans. En suosittele.

Too Hot for a Shower

We nearly burned ourselves in the shower and when we complained to management they said it was our fault. I tried to explain that it was like there was no cold water being mixed with the hot water but they told us that was impossible. They came to the room and said it was because we didn't know how to run the controls. It wasn't until I showed them that only hot water was coming out of the sink that they believed us. After five minutes of calls they realized that there was a cold water shutoff above the door. "I don't know why that would have been shut off." The condition was dangerous. Such valves should not be where another guest may fiddle with them. We only stayed one night. The other problem: there is no place to walk, at all and a really inadequate place to work out. We came to Italy to walk and stretch but that wasn't possible, unless you count the four flights of stairs you had to climb to get to our second floor room. The view is beautiful but that was the only thing this room had to recommend. We were so unhappy with day one of our trip that we ripped up our itinerary and went north to Florence.

Cet hotel relativement agréable de part sa vue ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, 3 aurait suffit. Le personnel à la réception surtout les patrons ne sont pas aimables, la cuisine est moyenne et le spa n'est pas professionnel. Nous avons dû nager dans le noir car la patronne malgré la demande du responsable du bar n'est pas venu l'éclairer. Un peu de rafraichissement et un meilleur entretien du bâtiment seraient de rigueur L'hotel a tout de même réservé pour nous un taxi et des billets pour Capri. Un peu de

The view from our room was the most incredible view ever. Just sitting in bed and looking out the wall of windows looking at Capri was breathtaking. The windows opened all the way along with the deck sliding glass door. Same view in the large gorgeous bathroom. The food at the restaurant and the staff were excellent too!

We had a balcony view room, which we had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean everyday. The rooftop bar was great to hang out and have a few drinks and the restaurant was amazing, with very nice options. Breakfast was simple. It was super convenient to have a bus stop for the local transit right outside the hotel doors, making it very easy to get into the city centre (it was 2 € each ride). Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, would highly recommend.

Incredible view of Capri from the room and the pool. Staff were extremely attentive/friendly. Buses run every 20 minutes into Sorrento and Massa Lubrense. The hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner but breakfast was not the strongest part of the experience. Everything else was superb.

We loved this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful in assisting us with our travel plans. After a day in Capri we decided to relax and dine in at the hotel restaurant. It was fabulous. The food was amazing and the service superb! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.

This is a lovely property, clean and well looked after. The view from the rooftop terrace is fantastic and the staff are super helpful. The reason for a 4star rating is because I got a room facing the road and the noise was terrible. Even for October when Sorrento is meant to ve much quieter and with less traffic. Also the breakfast was rather limited considering the price per night.
