don't stay here

1st room had large red spots on the sheets 2nd room sheets were not so bad but the ceiling had big water spots and even a hole in the ceiling If i had not used hotels. com, i would have asked for my miner back and left, but i did not know how to get a refund from hotels.com

Not the best

Tired hotel located next to a Truck stop. Rooms were very dated and looked nothing like the photos. Pool was disused and the whole area looked unkempt. Breakfast area was just two tables so I don’t know what they would do if more than a couple of guests needed tables. It was ok for one night, but in serious need of updating.

Wrong date.

It is very hard to get in touch with Hotels.com. When I was making reservations for our trip, I made one for March 3 for our trip home. When I made it the computer for some reason put March 8th. I tried to correct it but could not see how to do it. I phoned but got the hotel. I was told that there was no way to change it once it had been made. That they could not do anything about it. That it was hotels.com that would have to do it. I remade another one for the date that we needed. and was left with the extra one which we were actually home for. The day before in trying to do something about it. I ended up calling the hotel again and I got the same response. I was terribly unhappy about this one.

Dont stay here.

Not a good place. In disrepair. Booked and got confirmation for a king room and paid for that. Show clerk i had reservation. Got to room and it was 2 queen room. Called desk and clerk they didn't have a king room and I reminded him i had a confirmation for the king room. Clerk had no resolution and didn't care. Room appeared clean but i was so turned off i probably didn't notice but the bathroom door wouldn't close and shower head ring was off the wall. Never again!

This motel is due a good remodeling. It is old. It gives the image of needing a lot of work. The bathroom was ok: no bugs. Good shower, hot water, TV was ok.

Went to get ice and the machine didn't work. Put 2 dollar bills in the coke machine for a can of coke and machine kept my change. In the morning went to lobby for coffee and it was the worst coffee ive ever had.

No towels in room. We had Coffee packets but no coffee maker. Front desk clerk was very helpful and told us we could pick them up at the front desk. And because of the set up of the property, we had to get back in our car and drive around to pick up towels at the front United States

The front staff was friendly and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. This was a brief overnight stay but i was more than satisfied.

This place was disgusting, dirty, and severely outdated. I also paid extra for the late checkout so that I could work a few hours before leaving and at 11 am the housekeeper literally kept coming by to see when I was checking out even after being told each time my checkout was at 1 pm. I finally left at 12 pm because I could not stand it anymore. Not worth it, stay elsewhere!

Best thing about this hotel was the price. Customer service is lacking. When we tried to check in, no one at front desk for 10 minutes. When the person came, he was still on the phone and kept talking on the phone (in a different language). Only thing he asked was for my ID and then kept going with his personal phone call. The room had a dirty toilet and mold on one of the lamps. The door had visible damage where someone had broken into the room previously and they didn't really try too hard to hide it. If you are worried about someone breaking into your vehicle then maybe spend a little more and don't go here. We had people walking around at 1 am and I had to keep checking on my car. No security for this property. We will not be coming back to this Super 8 and to be honest probably any other Super 8.
