Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but not efficient. No plugs near the bed for ease of using a laptop or plugging in a phone. I had my walker with me, but the room was so small it made it difficult to maneuver it within the space. It is a pet-friendly property and we did have our 13 pound dog with us. He was welcomed with warmth and good humor. We greatly appreciated that. Easily accessible from the highway, too.

The elevator and the coffee machine were both broken. The first room they offered me had no air conditioning. The guy at the front desk found me a room with air conditioning. The hallway rugs were old and dirty.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Everything is either dirty or broken. Elevator - broken. Floors - disgusting. Walls - dirty and thin, so bad that we could hear the person in the room next door snoring even with the tv on.

After arriving late from driving 6 hrs, we checked into our room we found the room had not been cleaned well. Trash in the cans bed not made. Went to the front desk and they moved us to a new room. Once in the new room we found that there was no fridge as mentioned on tje website. No microwave. We had a double room my son slept in one bed and my husband and I were in the other. The bed my husband and I slept in made terrible noises and at that point we found it was broken in the middle of the frame. Though an issue we went to bed as we were exhausted. The next morning we had planned to go to lego land. We complained again about the problems with the room and we were moved once again. We were given a fridge and microwave for accommodation The breakfast was horrible. No hot food like eggs or sausages. Waffle machine was broken. Overall terrible experience but staff was helpful. I've stayed at another mircotel in rohobeth and that was a great experience.

room was clean, property was nice and quiet. lots of hot water and great water pressure. ac worked great. Bed was ok. But...elevator was not useable half the time, broken buttons. coffee machine was broken all 4 days for free breakfast. no hot food except waffles. toaster/microwave was malfunctioning. room didnt get cleaned the whole time. stairwells, which we had to use, were pretty dirty. office area was cruddy. overall property was in bad need of an update, paint carpet bathrooms, furniture, etc. we did get clean towels on request, and extra pillows also. The staff did their best, but the ownership put them behind the 8 ball for sure. So, for a microtel, nothing unexpected. But the price was pretty high for the overall experience. I'd go across the street for the slightly higher prices, but higher quality.

Rooms were good and clean, hallways a little rough. Worst part is they checked in someone else into my room after I had already checked in. Found out when my key cards wouldn’t work. Not sure how that happened but they rectified it and gave me a new room.
