I stopped to break up my road trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were fantastic, not your usual hotel pillows that deflate instantly.

Comfortable hotel. Close to everything you could imagine doing in Branson. Older hotel but feels very well kept and clean. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The management of this hotel is incredibly rude. I did not appreciate them being rude to me and also making my 12-year-old cry just because he needed a key management told him they would not be opening the door or giving him a key and he could not get to his room

We accidentally misplaced our key. As I was looking for the key, I had my 12 year-old go call the front desk as I searched in our car nearby. I then found him crying. He said the front desk lady who he called said we would not be getting a key they weren’t there on site and was so rude. He started crying. I then called the front desk. They were extremely rude. Then they ended up charging me for not one but two keys just for borrowing it, I travel quite a few places and I’ve never experienced such rudeness at a hotel.

Stay was very nice check in was quick and easy, very good directions on how to get to the rooms. Rooms were very comfortable clean and supplied with all the needs shampoos conditioners lotions soaps.

It was a great place for the money. We were in town for Siver Dollar City and fun so we mainly just slept here and it was great for that. The people were friendly and the value was great. We definitely will go again next time we are in town. Thank you!

The hotel room was clean. The location was easy to find and the area was safe. All was well until we went to breakfast. The juice machine was broken, and no jug of juice was provided. Another guest said the juice was warm for two days. The pancake machine would not work at all. The powdered eggs were poorly cooked. The milk for the cereal was discolored. The one employee stayed in the back room and didn't come out for questions.

Lights when you walk into lobby area had some lights out. One of our rooms was musty smelling and humid. Breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruit. Should serve breakfast at 0600.

10/10 – Highly Recommend! This hotel was super clean from top to bottom. It may look a little outdated at first glance, but don’t let that fool you—it’s spotless and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful the entire time. Breakfast was great with a lot of delicious options to choose from. I even appreciated that they had a Speed Queen washer and dryer for laundry—so convenient! This is a family-owned and run hotel, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. I don’t understand how anyone could leave a bad review—we had an amazing experience and I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a girl trip. Room was clean and staff was great. Especially the young girl who served at breakfast . Beds and pillows were wonderful! Only negative was that the room felt humid for some reason. Kind of damp. I opened the window to help with it. Other than that, stay was fine. We paid $54 a night. Nothing fancy but definitely good for the money. Good breakfast.

Our 3 night stay was perfect, Clean room, Beds comfy. The towels were replaced each morning. Nice swimming pool and yet again clean , plenty of lounge chairs Office staff very polite and helpful also phamplets to all around the area. We will stay there on our next trip to Branson.. We arrived late, but greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk. Hotel is family operated from what I saw...clerk informed us about breakfast etc. We had booked a 3 night stay, unexpected family emergency occurred and we were given a refund...by a different front desk clerk..which was so sweet and wished us safe travels home. So, if your looking for clean, affordable and great staff...this is the place to stay!
