I had stayed at the hotel a week ago. The duvet was dreadful. The polyfill in each quilted pocket had been lumped up, from improper laundering. I had asked the desk tand they apologized and brought me a decent one. 4 days later returned and happened to get the same room. After inspection I had to go back to the front desk and asked "is #402 under par Room?" The nice duvet was again replaced by the lumpy one. One my first review I didn't mentioned it because the issue had been solved, for good I thought. This time we didn't even get a duvet but a couple of polyester blankets. But now I see a pattern for getting crappy duvets. I only stayed 1 night. Also, the elevated only goes to the 3rd floor, the top floor can only be reached by stairs. And though a hopper will offer to bring up your luggage, fact remains, if you are a bit less mobile you required a lot of stairs for daily activities.
Not great for Seniors. I truely believe, travelers using hotels.com get stuffed under the roof, Iam convinced the room on floors below are much better and in greater shape and better updated.
And the " Breakfast incl was less the a Continental breakfast. I just stayed the night but doubt I will be back.
