Amazing property for those who love and appreciate nature. It's a very unique property. We loved every minute of our stay. It's very clean, comfortable bedding, just breathtaking location. Be sure to get a driver from the resort to take you to the hotel as the drive up the hill is not the best. Would definitely go back

I didnt like that it was 3 hours from the airport, cost me $400 usd for transportation. No electrocity in some areas. No heater or ac ( i froze) noone speaks english, so it was a huge communication barrier. Very rough and nearly undriveable road to resort. The walways to rooms, were narrow and uneven. We were susposse to stay 4 days, we checked out after the first night. I took videos and pictures of all of this

El hotel es maravilloso visualmente y en instalaciones está espectacular, los paisajes e instalaciones son increibles, aunque tiene sus detalles en el servicio del personal, todos son super amables pero siempre da la sensación de que hay poco personal pues no hay gente en el bar de la alberca en horario en que está abierta, en el restaurante siempre se ven pocos meseros vueltos locos y ellos mismos te dicen que es porque el mismo que atiende en restaurante atiende en alberca al mismo tiempo, y así en otras zonas y en una ocasión que fuimos hace un año era igual entonces es un problema recurrente, aunque recalco que todos super amables pero si se siente la falta de personal, de igual forma en recepción a veces no había gente, en el bar principal, etc, lástima por lo que cobran uno esperaría cuidaran esos detalles.
