Great location by the conference center down the street. Very accessible to all the tourist amenities. Room was spacious and the pull out sofa was useful. It was nice having a stove and full size refrigerator. Staff were helpful to bring us any amenities we needed. The full breakfast was a great start to the day. The happy hour free drink tickets were also a nice touch. Highly recommend !

Not being acknowledged when standing directly in front of the front desk employee set the tone for the rest of the stay. He was rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and dismissive during each encounter. Restaurant was a joke. Was told to take a seat and someone would be over. No one came to take my order. After an extended period of time, I left and asked for alternative dining recommendations. They gave me directions to a restaurant many blocks away….the kitchen had closed almost an hour prior. Room was well appointed and spacious though you had to crawl over the bed to get to the bathroom door, poor layout. Finally, parking garage was down an alley prior to the hotel and not clearly marked. It was very difficult to find and one of the tightest garages I have had to maneuver in. Location is decent but I would not stay here again.

Had a great stay! Complementary breakfast was super convenient - even eggs made to order. Each guest was provided with 2 free drinks to be used at the hotel bar for happy hour, this was a nice touch, atmosphere was perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Cheaper city parking across the street if you want. Walking distance to all attractions in old Montreal. Room was a bit dated but beds and pillows super comfortable (hotel is currently doing to updates). Thank you - we had a great stay!
