Nice transit hotel

Very nice experience, the room was quite spacious, near the airport but not noisy at all. Have shuttle bus service and you may ask for a shuttle bus timetable at front desk for the flight in next day. The breakfast was abundant than I expected, would like to choose it next time.

早上機場接送依網站所示應為20-30分ㄧ班但我們等了50分鐘，房間空間寬敞，但設備家具有些舊，尤其是wifi非常慢希望可以改進，其他不論是床的舒適度或是房間、浴室整潔度都很滿意

No kitchen essentials! No knifes, no forks, no cups, no dishes, no frying pans, no chop boards, no nothing! Kitchen, fridge, cooker, dish washing machine only for decorative purpose! Near to CDG airport. Free hotel shuttle bus to airport

No Air Conditioning

I and my friends stayed 1 night for 2 rooms in this hotel, both of our rooms had no air-conditioning, half of the lights were not working, as we only stay there for few hours for flight connection, we didn't request for room change, we can't sleep at that night. The good side of this hotel is that, the rooms are big.

The location is great.... good shuttle bus service between hotel and airport... even we arrived airport at 00:00 still got the shuttle bus service...the room is large and comfortable. Everything is amazing and just out of our expectation! Worth to stay here =]

Near airport, free carpark and internet access.

After a long flight to Paris. It is not far from airport driving by ourself. hotel has Free car park. I book an apartment for 4 pp Room was clean and warm. Free Internet access was ok but slow, sometime get disconnect cuz poor signal. Information center was nearby. Some nice restaurant was not far away. Just stay for one night Prepare for next day travel. Over all I think was worth to stay.

They do not disclose that they have failed AC system in the Hotel for over 2years! They do not replace sheets between the clients. Found hair in the bed, Pillow etc

Convenient family hotel near CDG airport

The location of this hotel was good for being close to the airport before a morning departure, and the space for our family of 6 was good with a family suite available. The hotel staff were kind and provided a crib for our baby. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to suffer from lack of investment by the owner(s), as the room was not as clean as it should have been, there was a repair mark on the wall (where the wall had been repaired but was not yet painted to match the other walls), and the couch pillows were tattered. Overall we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. It has good potential if someone would put a bit more effort to improve it's appearance.

Worst hotel on earth

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and I had emailed them prior. I received no response. We showed up and all the doors were locked and there were no doorbells to ring to get reception. After banging on the doors we finally got an answer. We were given a room, went upstairs to find someone sleeping inside it. Went back downstairs, given another room, found someone sleeping inside it again. Finally at 2am we were given a room and went to sleep for 4 hours which costed us $120. I demanded a refund and was not given one. Do not stay here. Pay extra for the Hilton or Sheraton and get yourself a good hotel. I emailed there reservations and have yet to receive a response. Awful customer service.
