I stayed here 6 months ago on my way to Mazatlan. Now I’m on my way back. The property to easy to get to, has secure parking and complimentary breakfast. That’s all I’m looking forward when on the road.

We checked in and it was like we were not welcome. Our room was so hot we couldn't stay in it until it cooled down. We went to the lounge for a cocktail only to find it was closed (not open all day or night). We decided to dine in their restaurant and it was just awful and took for ever. Ordered a Hamburger and a Club Sandwich with fries. Fries were cold. Hamburger was ok, club was terrible. Do not recommend this place.

If you are traveling on business and need good wifi, a functional business center, or sufficient air conditioning in extremely hot and humid weather, this is NOT your hotel. While the staff tried very hard and did a great job, the management of this hotel needs some correction. As an international hotel, there were no competent English-speaking staff. So, if your Spanish is not good or you do not have a translation app on your smartphone, you will not do well here. The hotel lobby a/c was set at a very high temperature and was quite uncomfortable. The room a/c had a filthy filter and was stopped up and dripping a lot of water on the floor. Wifi was not functioning most of the time. The business center had two computers and a non-functioning printer that the staff could not fix. Additionally, the a/c was not set to a comfortable temperature either. Whoever is rating this hotel as "Very Good" is apparently not accustomed to good business hotels.

Muy buenas habitaciones. Limpias y con lo requerido en el baño. Solo faltó el mini fridge, ya que si hace falta. el personal muy amable. El restaurant a la carta no tan bueno, pero bastante bien.. faltan tipos de platillos más generales y servirlos rápido. El buffet del desayuno muy recomendado

"Mucho que mejorar, empezando por la limpieza"

habitación muy sucia; las paredes de la habitación están muy sucias y dan un aspecto desagradable, lavabo y regaderas se ve que o se limpiaron ya que había cabellos en estos dos lados y eso es super desagradable. El aire acondicionado considero es un sistema muy antigüo la primera impresiólkn es de que no servía el cuarto se sentía muy cálido y húmedo se tardó como 4 horas en tener un clima agradable. La reservación se hizo para 4 personas, sólo dejan toallas en el cuarto para 2 personas, es decir sólo dejaron 2 juegos de toallas. Mucha área de oportunidad tienen para mejorar.
