Fantastic waterfront location and perfect place to enjoy a drink or the action on the waterfront. We had a waterfront room- very comfortable beds and good shower. Convenient parking immediately behind room. Some of the outside chairs and little tables were in need of some tlc. Breakfast (which was included) was very disappointing- limited options and all very stodgy using basic bread- no fruit, yogurt or healthy options. Insufficient waiting staff meant service was slow. Shame as a few tweaks could make this am amazing place to stay.

The rooms and entire property are extremely outdated and not well maintained- popcorn ceilings, shredding furniture, broken/dirty outside chairs. The bathroom was not well cleaned and there was debris and trash throughout the property. The views are incredible and included breakfast was nice. This location lhas SO much potential however is not maintained.

We loved staying at the Gananoque Inn. The staff were wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at the hotel both days, and although tasty, we found the portions were smaller. The breakfasts were complementary with our stay, but if paying was an option it would have been too expensive for what you got.

I feel for the money that wasn’t worth it. We were put on the third floor which i feared on the stairs … Stairs I noticed immediately were unclean. I almost felt i should take the cleaner out and do it myself. The staff were nice and the room was quite nice. But again not clean enough for my liking. Breakfast wasn’t great. Every time we asked for something they didn’t have. Only allowed one small piece of orange. That’s ridiculous! Sorry but i wouldn’t want to go back I paid too much
