Staff was courteous. I wanted to leave a happy review, truly. The beds were clean and comfortable; the room was clean and spacious. I booked the 2 queen bed suite for 2 nights. The first night things were great! Hot water, good water pressure. However - our deadbolt did not close at all. The hole was not lined up properly. I had to ask for the "Not yet Sign" as I don't like staff entering my room when I am not there. I reported the deadbolt to three different employees at the front counter. Never offered to change rooms or anything. The second night the hot water wasn't working. It was room temperature at best. By morning it was barely room temperature. I reported this and was told maintenance was not on sight, it would be the morning the before it would be serviced. Again did not offer to change rooms or offer anything for the inconvenience. We were checking out in the morning so maintenance did us no good. I reported it again upon check out thinking maybe they'd refund some of the price - nope, only a "We're sorry, safe travels." Also, second floor ice machine isn't there. You have to go downstairs. The suite is also a central heat and air type set up. It took hours for the heat to warm the room. We stayed when the nights were in the 40's. So yea - an okay stay. Loved the set up - but lack of quality in basic maintenance makes me not want to return.
