Not happy

My husband is semi handicapped the second floor had no elevator. They wanted him to take the stairs which were 18 to 20 stairs. I told the lady he couldn’t walk up it so she told me she had a room downstairs with two twin beds and I’d have to pay $30 more. The outside door that was a security door was not even locked for people to come in and out of the hotel from an alley in the back with signs all over lock your car we cannot be liable for break-ins

Do Not Book this Hotel

It was the worst hotel ever. We had told them there would be 3 people but our third could come but they charged us for 3 anyway and would not reduce the price back by the $81 that they should have. They did not resupply our room at all during the 3 nights we stayed. There was dirt and a couple of rocks in the disgusting towel holder. There was no stopper or drain plug in the sink do you could lose anything down it. The air conditioner would turn on and smell like someone were inside of it smoking. The towel hanger on the foor kept falling off. The room, baseboards, etc, was in a wretched state of disrepair, no full length mirror, no iron or ironing board. The shower curtain was long so it stayed in the bottom, wet, and never dried out which is not good. They never emptied our garbages, brought us more toilet paper, nothing. Beds were clean but walls and floors were really dirty. Managers obviously are not aware if or concerned with clesning standards in the United States. I would seriously put up a large sign outside the property stating: Do not stay here. The only, and I mean only, redeeming factor is its proximity to the London Bridge there in Lake Havasu. The stay was aggravating and disgusting.

Great Value

You can tell the owners have a lot of pride in their hotel. Very clean with everything you need, and a great value for the price. Was in town for the Lake Havasu Half Marathon, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Worst hotel in lake havisu

Very bad service the lady upfront has bad attitude for no reason was trying to check in and at first she said the deductible was going to be 40$ then went to 100$ then rasied it once again to 150$ in the beginning of the whole interaction the lady was willing to take card by the end of the interaction she was only accepting cash only. However I did book the room two days in advance and called the hotel to make sure that there wasn’t going to be any other charges when checking in and was told I was all good every is paid. But at the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all it’s very sketchy and I wasn’t able to get the 108$ back so don’t take the loss stay elsewhere

Great vacation spot

It was amazing. Pet friendly too. Enjoyed staying at motel 6 in lake Havasu, great view of the water. Walking distance to places.

Rude Front Desk Lady

Front desk lady was unpleasant and rather rude to me. I used hotels.com and she started giving me attitude about getting a good rate on the hotel. Then she goes you didnt pay 16 dollars. I only pay what I am charged, thats not my fault. For some reason she added 16 dollars to my stay, still have no clue as to why, as she never explained the charge. To say the least, I was disgusted at being treated like this. I was going to stay longer but now I dont want to, because of this rude lady. The rest of the employees were very nice and the place is fine but this rude woman ruined the whole experience.

London Bridges and Great Weather

I was acually supposed to originally stay at a different hotel, but the map app took me here. I went inside, the friendly gentleman at the front desk understood my situation, and made the accommodations without any hassle. The place is wonderful. The rooms are super clean and have everything you need. I even had a view of the famous London Bridge. Anyway, proximity to food, entertainment, and leisure is right outside the front door. The staff is welcoming, kind, and pay attention to details.

Double charged, fighting for a refund

I was double charged for this room and have been fighting both the hotel and hotels.com for a refund amd neither will refund me although they both charged me for the room. The hotel said their charge would fall off the next day, its been 11 days. I over paid this room by almost $100.

Bed Bugs!!

BED BUGS!! Do not stay here. Motel 6 would not provide us a different room or a refund. They lied and said it was flies. Worse yet the front desk attendant lied stating racial comments. Hotels.com didn’t get us a refund after multiple attempts. Hotels.com should do a better job selecting hotels for their site.
