We just missed the reception time window but a kind young worker promptly guided us to the “lock box” where we used the directions to collect our key. We found our stay overall as ok. They claim rooms will be cleaned and serviced every 3 days. Ours was a 4 night stay. No cleaning, no clean towels, no bin emptying, nothing. They advertise they have a childrens playground. There is no childrens playground. It was removed, but listings and their own website was not updated. My 3 year old was gutted when we arrived and all there was was an empty space.
