We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town.

No cold water, with hot water coming out the taps, shower and even the toilet, indicating a leak which must be a health violation. They are aware of this and still provide drinking glasses by the sink. This has been the case for at least 3 months based on other reviews. Our room looked as if it hadn’t been redecorated since the hotels construction in the 80s, as if it had been waiting for us all that time.

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

Muito abaixo do que se espera pelo preço e pela categoria Infelizmente, minha experiência no Grand Hotel Tiziano ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Se tivesse que dar uma nota, seria 4/10. O hotel apresenta uma estrutura antiga e visivelmente mal conservada. O quarto, além de ter uma limpeza que deixava a desejar, mostrava sinais claros de falta de manutenção: tinta descascando no banheiro e também no teto, roupas de cama antigas e uma cama extra extremamente velha e tão mole que comprometia o conforto. Na ala em que fiquei, havia ainda um elevador quebrado, reforçando a impressão geral de uma estrutura que precisa urgentemente de mais atenção e investimento. O mais decepcionante, porém, foi a postura da equipe quando reclamei da cama extra. Em vez de demonstrarem qualquer preocupação ou tentarem encontrar uma solução, limitaram-se a dizer que “todas eram assim” e que não havia nada que pudessem fazer. O problema deixou de ser apenas a cama e passou a ser a completa falta de acolhimento diante de uma reclamação legítima de um hóspede. O café da manhã merece uma observação à parte, infelizmente negativa. Foi um dos pontos mais fracos da estadia: pouca variedade, qualidade muito abaixo do esperado e até mesmo o café era ruim. Para um hotel que se apresenta nessa categoria e cobra os valores praticados, esperava algo consideravelmente melhor. A localização atende ao esperado e a limpeza das áreas gerais é aceitável, mas são pontos que não compensam as demais deficiências.
