This hotel should be shut down. It's more like motel and not hotel. The price for the stay is unreasonable. The hotel is filthy! Mold and crust in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The vent had so much dust you could barely see through it. I'm asthmatic and I immediately started feeling an episode. Apparently they painted at some point and couldn't even paint the edges of the walls and ceiling, you can still see the dry wall or whatever color was there before. The lobby was disgusting as well. We paid for a couple of nights and left in under an hour in the middle of the night with our 5 yr old because I was afraid my family or I would catch something! TERRIBLE is an understatement! There was no housekeeping or management on site till the next day! Thankfully the girl in the front that evening was super nice and understanding, especially after showing her pictures.

Great location, very freindly staff, and very clean. Keep in mind there is a rooftop bar above the office but we could barely hear it, so no issue for us. The only real critique I'd have is we checked out very early, about 6am, and the night desk clerk was asleep in a chair in the lobby and did not wake up when we called out.

My husband took me to celebrate my birthday. We spent $670.00 for our room. We only 25 channels to watch on tv. There was clear yellow furry worms i dont know what it was They looked like tiny. My husband spotted in the corner by the sliding door. I report it to a young lady in the lobby. Then we just checked. They charged a $50 Damage fee. I signed the paper they gave me. Nothing never said anything about damage fees. So many people not enough space . They had a pool 3ft to 5ft .band one spa.

Arrived at the hotel after being on the road for over 2 hours. I asked the front counter person if we could check in earlier she said our room wasn’t ready, but if you pay early checkin fee of $82.00 we could have it ready. Then we checked around 4:30pm, new counter person just as rude as the morning clerk. We went to dinner returned to our room around 9 then just getting to go to bed around 9:45pm and a knock at our door from the staff asking to confirm who was in the room. So the next morning we wanted to get on the road early so we went to the front desk to get towels and they said no towels till 10:00am. I probably won’t stay again for $300 hotel

It was just ok. Tub had mold, bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and patio door wouldn't open. A lot of noise at night from the roof top patio. I would normally stay gulf side but this was a family trip so the hotel was picked by someone else. Probably would not stay again.

Hotel let us check in a little early but front desk girl was VERY standoffish. Rooms were still damaged from the hurricanes. Doors still warped and black mold behind toilets. Pool said closes at sunset but was open 24 hrs. People had pool parties right outside our ground floor room until almost 3am Friday and Saturday night. Upon checkout I was charged $100 extra. When I called they said it was because I didn’t return the pool towel keys (which we didn’t use we had our own). But thank goodness for video because I physically turned both sets in to front desk ON camera. I stayed her in 2008 and it was amazing but this last stay I think they have changed owners because it felt very low budget. Also the bar is supposedly not connected to the hotel. Was told different prices at the front desk than they actually were. And front desk said we could charge drinks to the room but that was false. The bartender lady is who told us about the correct information. So there is NO BOGO on drinks and there is no drink discount on 2 at a time. Pics included.

Great location. Friendly staff. No complaints at all. Seen dolphins while enjoying the patio. We had marina view. Will definitely stay here again.
